This is one of the better long John silvers I have eaten at, but will not 100%. Ordered 3 pieces of fish and fries. Great meal and service! Good Long Johns.

Not that great. I waited in the drive thru for 15 mins for our food. It was only myself & our children. For as long as I had to wait you would believe we would have had fresh fries. Nope! These fries have been sitting for a while. French fries only have a 3-5 min holding time from the time they are done. Also, they really need to have faster drive thru times as 15 mins is excessive.

Waited in line for over 20mins for a kids hot dog meal and 2pc fish and fries. Car ahead of me drove off - not sure how long he was waiting. Only 3 cars ahead of me. Staff seemed frazzled and unpleasant. I looked at my daughters hotdogs and it had black residue on the bun - the employee lady said that's our grill - I asked for a new bun and was handed a bag with one in it. Won't be coming back here.

Just left the store off of 78 in San Antonio with LJS. Ordered a kids meal and 2 double meat bacon cheeseburgers. After order was only 1/3 correct at window, we were assured it was corrected and was hot food. After we got home, the food was cold and we had 3 kids meals. Absolutely terrible, I get that with social distancing and stuff there are changes and distractions but when I drove up and the employees are wearing whatever they want, I'm assuming out of normal dress code, and drastically mess up our order TWICE, really shows the leadership is in poor standing at this location.

Ordered from UberEats. When ordering you can order up to 9 condiments, but i only got 3 little packs of hot sauce of the 9 i ordered. Plus I didn't get my dessert pie that I paid almost $4 for??♀️ . Guess No one checks the orders to make sure everything is in the bag(crew nor driver) ??♀️??♀️.
Unfortunately it took forever for the ordering person to answer...over 5min. After he took our order there was no reply. I sat there a few more minutes waiting to add something on and no response. So I pulled forward wait for car ahead of me was over 5 min. Then I had to wait longer for my food by the time I got up there. Let's just say the waiting was long enough that my ice was 3/4 melted and tea Luke warm.
