*** this was a 3 star but they resolved the problem so quick and they were very nice about it!
We’ve never had a problem here until last night. We got someone else’s pizza and got all the way home before we noticed it so we just ate it. It was going to be too much of a hassle to drive back up there. The pizza is good, service is good, just unfortunate that we didn’t get what we ordered!

Don’t eat here. They screwed up everything. Absolutely disgusting. Complete waste of money. If you call, they’ll lie and say they’re gonna “figure it out for you”. Lies. They deserve all these negative reviews.

Had great pizza now it's barely pizza. Not sure what happened but definitely not what they used to be. just don't order for delivery at peak times, or you will be waiting for over 2 hours to get your food. When you call, all they say is your next, just waiting for the driver to come back.

Nothing fast about pickup. My pizza gets cold as I wait 30 minutes after it’s been ready to pick up every time. The owners need to have more staff onsite. Won’t be back

Editing my review from 5 to 1.

Our orders over the last year have been horrible. They forget to deliver items. I had to wait in the lobby for over 40 minutes for our online order because they forgot to put one of our items in the oven after they told me it would be ready in 5 minutes to 10 minutes maximum. The list goes on. I wouldn't be so mad if they communicated and/or offered compensation for my wasted time. Life is too short for that BS. They need to fire the general manager and replace them with someone who cares.

I have ordered 5 times from this location through Door Dash and 4 times out of the 5 they always miss the drink or something on the order. 3 of those 4 times I called the store after placing the order to make sure they send out the 2 liter and they still messed up the order. They either dont care about correctly sending out an order or they just too lazy to do it.

After ordering a pizza and salad for delivery, I looked at the reviews for this location and got a little nervous...

but everything was perfect! Pizza was perfectly cooked and cut, salad was fresh and generous, and it even arrived a few minutes earlier than the estimate.

Excellent job, money well spent. Would recommend.

This location has seriously gone downhill. The quality has dropped significantly since it first opened. My recent order was a huge disappointment the pizza was burnt on the bottom (see photo) and honestly just garbage quality. I could have bought a frozen pizza from HEB and cooked it better myself. This level of quality is unacceptable, especially considering the price. I shouldn’t have to struggle to eat something I paid good money for. If you think it’s fair, I’d appreciate a refund for order #231 placed on 10/27/24. It’s really disappointing to see the standards here fall so low.
