Normally love Marcos and this location. Just got my order and so many problems. Spent $45 on 2 pizzas + tip, only to have a room temp thin pizza, undercooked regular crust, one pizza ware barely cut, the other pizza wasn’t cut at all, I had to cut it. Delivery took over 20 min for a 9 min drive. Also all my pepperoni was on one side when it was supposed to be whole pizza & missing a garlic cup. Just pathetic and a waste.

I order the classic pepperoni pizza almost every day on my lunch break just because of the service they provide. They’re so quick, under 10 minutes and I'm gone. Highly recommend this location if you have places to be. They’re amazing!

Have been patient with this location too many times. They do not ever get my order right and they always forget to pack side items. When you tell them something is wrong they are rude about it. Make sure you check everything and especially if the wings are cooked thoroughly.

Pizza wasn't good at all. It was dry. Had very little sauce. The staff didn't seem very pleasant. I've ordered from here before and it was way better. May not buy from here again. Was going back to complain but decided a review was appropriate.

This is how we received our pizzas last night. This is pretty sad and disappointing. Not to mention the attitude we received with the delivery driver and we tipped well. Never again.

Placed the online order. When my daughter went to pick it up, they did not acknowledge her. I placed the online order at 3:44. She arrived at 3:50. Once she got their attention, they said it would be 10 minutes before the order was complete. They didn’t bother to sack up our order, make sure she had her drinks and everything she needed. My daughter called me to tell me how bad the customer service was I was like well did you at least get the drinks Give them to me so she had to turn around and go back and get them. The lady behind the counter just pointed to the refrigerator in the lobby and said they’re in there this is World has come to that customer service is nonexistent. We should expect more from people that we are paying to provide us with food. Once my daughter got home with our food, I had the Pizzoli , chicken, bacon, ranch, and the bacon tasted old and it was super greasy. There was not a QR code on the front of the receipt for me to submit a survey nor did I receive an email to submit a survey as the back of my receipt said would happen. I will not order from this location ever again if I ever order from another Marco’s. Good luck to anyone that chooses to order food from here.
