I placed an order for delivery to 6634 Binz-Engleman Rd. Ste 105, Converse, Texas 78109. One of the items was incorrect. I called the store we and were transferred to the manager. He did mention that our order was there, and he was wondering why they had an extra order. His solution to fixing the problem was to store credit or come pick up the correct order. I asked why we should have to pick it up when the original order was for delivery. He stated that we are super busy at the moment and won't be able to deliver it for another 2 hours. I stated that my incorrect order should take priority then. I then just settled on the store credit. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with, and I told him no because you didn’t even help me to begin with, he then cut me off and hung up on me.

There was a private reason why we chose delivery on this day and not to go pick it up. Just like there was a dietary reason, we picked a certain item over the one delivered. Unprofessionalism at it’s finest!

Manager is awful to deal with. They don't care if delivery drivers steal your food. Why take a salad? Do not order from this place. You will not get the entire order. Never again.

First time coming here probably our last. We ordered online for pickup. We went 10 minutes after promised time we got there and he said it wasn’t ready. We sat and waited and waited. I finally got up and asked for my order and it was sitting there all that time! The man in front never check or called out any of the orders sitting there !

Whoever made my pizza on July 16th, 2024 is awesome. The condiments I asked for were in the box. 3 Banana Pepper cups, 2 ranch, 4 psckets of parmesan, and 4 packets of red pepper flakes. They did exactly that.The crew today made the pizza fast, my GrubHub dude was able to pick up and drop off my food at a reasonable time. I really appreciate you. The pizza was great. Thank y'all so much.

I placed an online order for my lunch. Got the confirmation email saying it was placed and paid for. I drive there during lunch. Just for them to tell me, the order was never made so I wasted my lunch and my gas driving there. Then not having enough time i had to drive back to work hungry. This was my first and last time ever choosing Marco's...
