McAlister's Deli

After a 13 hour day at work, I stopped in here for dinner on my way home. My daughter was with me as we had just finished helping out at a school fundraiser (I work at a local school). We were exhausted. I have to say, David went above and beyond! He was polite, friendly, and took care of us right away. I eat here often since I work nearby, but his whole demand care with our order was fantastic! We took out food to go, and everything was packed well and our order was correct and the food was great! Thanks David and staff! If any managers are seeing this, this was around 8 pm on 10/30/25. Your employees were fabulous and the lobby was clean!

We visit at least once a week and have always had positive / excellent experiences with the food, service, and atmosphere. I have noticed that David is their absolute best employee for sure - he goes above and beyond so if you happen to catch him working while dining in, you won’t be disappointed!

The cashier David made us feel welcomed and took great care of us. Great customer service!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I had gotten the tortilla soup which was packed with flavor and so delicious. The gentleman that cashed us out was very kind. We dined inside and he would check in on us if we needed refills or anything else. Would definitely recommend coming here! 🖤

Was one of like 4 vehicles in the parking lot, including drive thru. They still somehow got my order wrong and I was missing items in my Togo order. The food that was correct, was hot and tasted well.

Every single time I place an online order they get something major wrong.

Clean and super great staff with good food.

We come here 2-3 times a month. Today was the first time we have done take out. It was easily the WORST experience we have had at this location. The heavy set gal with blue hair needs some lessons in customer service.
When we walked in she stared at us, and walked around the corner. Did not greet us, did not ask how she could help. We stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting. She came back to the counter, looked at us, and walked away again. When she came back the second time I spoke up and told her I had a pick up order. She rolled her eyes and grabbed our bag of food, and tossed it onto the counter.
She did not ask any follow up questions, no “thank you”, nothing.
Absolutely disgusting service.

Now on to the food. The broccoli cheddar soup was watered down. The sandwiches were warm at best, not freshly made.

Will not be visiting this location again.

Shout out to David! He provided excellent service and super patient and helpful with first timers trying to order.

I ordered the reuben, my father had the Savannah salad and a cup of potato soup. My father remarked that he liked the soup and he would have it again but he thought it tasted better at Subway. He specifically requested that salad and the dressing because he said it was very tasty. The Reuben was stuffed with corned beef. I enjoyed it. The service was great. The store was fairly clean but it could have been cleaner, especially where the servers were working. I haven't been to McAlister's in a long time. I will definitely be returning to get another type of sandwich.

Ordered 2, choose 2 and a slice of berries and cream cheesecake. Waited about 20 MIN in a DEAD store. Both sandwiches COLD soup COLD side of mac and cheese is SOUP. Cheesecake was the texture of a rubber band and when mentioned to staff they laughed rolled their eyes and sat back down with their boyfriend. This store had 1 other 2 person party eating and the girls boyfriend.
