It was our first time here. The store looks like new so everything is clean and organized and the decor is in style with the times. It’s on a good location but the building needs something to stand out more. The food was good and fresh. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They did not have the Oreo cheesecake as advertised. Overall great visit!

The cashier was friendly yet service was very slow. I ordered a southwest chicken salad, and a sweet tea lemonade & waited 12 minutes for my order, half of that time BTW, my order was sitting in the window behind the cashier ready to go. However, she was busy & the woman coming out of the back looked over at me waiting & walked to a different part of the restaurant twice. Not once did that woman ask if I needed assistance or if I was waiting for my food. The seasoned grilled chicken was a disappointment, it was thicker, chicken lunch meat that I could have bought myself at HEB or Walmart . The chili lime dressing was good at 1st but either too sweet or too acidic, either way, it left a sour aftertaste in my mouth. There was barely any poblano & black bean relish on my salad & the entire thing being on a bed of mixed greens was a joke. There were a few pieces of darker, leafy greens in my salad, the rest was iceberg lettuce. I have not eaten at McAllister's in years & remember nothing but great food the last time I ate there. Very, very disappointed in my food today, especially for a salad that costs $11.50. I can get a way better salad at H-E-B for half the price or a way better salad at Whataburger for still less than what I paid today. Then, the cashier made sure to give everyone that was before me & all those that came after me in line their drinks right away. She finally handed me my salad & said have a nice day, & I had to ask her for my drink. I will not be returning. Thank you.

I've been to this location before so surprised at service here today. Food was good as usual. However, food took so long in coming out I had to ask for a to-go container because I simply couldn't stay any longer. I think they were just short staffed. But the person working the register just kept smiling and kept her composure despite the long line and dealing with to-go orders. Kudos to her!

One of the best McAlisters I’ve ever been to. The new gm Jayden was very welcoming and asked if my food was good and even asked if I needed a refill on my drink. I loved the customer service and the food, I definitely will be a returning customer!

The food was tasty as usual however the service was not up to par. I ordered a bowl of tortilla soup and an Italian sandwich meal for pick-up. They gave me a pinch tortilla chips (maybe about 3-4 chips), didn't include my pickle for my sandwich meal, and I had to wait about 10mins after my estimated time after arriving to pick up (it was completely empty).
I like the place great deli, nut way over prices. $54 for 3 people with 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks. Great food. And enough for lunch the next day.

Need to watch the fat and you know how hard that is when eating out. Their spicy southwest chicken is something I can eat and stay within my fat grams, especially when paired with steamed broccoli. What's more it tastes fantastic ?

Order the King Club with no mayo, tortilla soup and sweet tea. Picked up order, Club had Mayo and bread was toasted but cold and soggy. Tortilla soup no good. Sweat Tea ok.

Everytime I have come here something is wrong or missing. A few weeks ago they didn’t put out soup in the order and unsweet tea when we pay nearly $4 for tea. We went again to get the soup they forgot and another unsweetened tea. I’m not sure they even look at the receipt. Done coming here and not getting what we paid for.
