It always takes them forever to even take a mobile order code. Most times I come here the wait time is over 30 minutes. This is supposed to be FAST FOOD. Do not come here if you are in a hurry, expect long wait times and cold food.

i tried calling and the phone is disconnected very hard to handle customer service if there’s a problem and u can’t reach them the general manager needs to get on the GM and handle that phone business

Every morning when I go into work I try to order here. No one answers, or they cancel my order, or the system is down. Its just one thing after another. 12.18.25 There was 4 to 5 vehicles in line or circling the location waiting for someone to answer or let us know the status of our online drive thru orders. No answer, no customer service, no food, just the blue collar class going into work late and with no food. I will not eat at this location again.
This location looks and feels much cleaner since the remodel. The addition of an alternate way to get into the parking lot was also a nice addition vs before.

The absolute worst McD9nalds you could probably go to. They are insanely slow and pretty rude staff. I've also had them cancel delivery orders multiple times. And when I drive to the restaurant they fulfill the same order they canceled. Seriously, I'd recommend avoiding this McDonalds.

This is one of my favorite locations because they make the fries perfectly cooked IMO. LOL! My kids enjoy the little playscape inside the restaurant. Many McDonalds around us do not have the playscapes anymore, but this location does so its a nice escape when the kids want to play if the weather isn't great.
