I only got a 30 minute lunch break I've been here since 11:05 am is 11:25. Should I leave and don't eat or wait and see how much longer will i have to wait I'm already going to be late clocking back in to work.

If you are looking for fast food this is not the place. 20 minutes minimum to get your food. Even if you order on the app. The sending people to a number to wait may sound like a good idea but if yall not organized it will never work as intended.

Always seem to forget items.
This McDonald's is trash! I went on my lunch break thru drive thru and they had a really old woman taking the orders it went so slow ordering she kept telling me to hold on after everything i said... Then i get to window to pay she makes me wait to continue taking an order telling them to hold on after everything they ordered. Then i get to pick up window the lady makes me pull around to spot 13 to jus bring my food out to me as soon as i park. That was unnecessary and almost made me late back to work.. then they didnt even gove my bbq sauce for my nuggets.. trash and unorganized....

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. I was ordering through the drive through at 11:35 am and the lady taking my order was VERY RUDE. As she was taking my order I had to repeat myself a few times and ask her to give me just a few while I decided what I wanted from the menu because she stated she couldn’t hear me in a rude tone of voice and as I was finishing ordering she then asked would that be all very rude dragging out her words “wooouulld thaaat bee allllllll”. Not very friendly at all I decided to leave and not get the food after that experience.

I ordered from this McDonalds via Grubhub. While they can’t control their drivers (already let Grubhub know about the slowness, resulting in cold food), they certainly can control what goes into a meal. On my first bite of my burger, I pulled a nice sized piece of what I can only assume was plastic wrapping out of my mouth. How disgusting is that? Not to mention unsanitary, and shows this McDonalds branch has sloppy workers who don’t take pride or patience in what they do. I already notified Corporate. If I could, I’d give this place negative stars. I’ll never go here again, and advise others stay clear. Jack in the Box is right next store.

I usually expect fast food to be I DON’T KNOW fast but this location always takes so long. I waited way longer than I should have for my order and the staff seemed overwhelmed. It completely left me frustrated. If you’re in a hurry, definitely avoid this spot. Fast food should be quick and convenient, not a test of patience!

They usually forget something or make something wrong. N never fill the drinks up. But on the other hand foods usually fresh and employees are nice.

At this point might as well give every QSR a pathetic one star until you all go out of business. Placed a mobile order for just two McChickens at 10pm, drive over. Decided to park to pick up the order and guess what. No one at the front lobby to really help with no real function. Lovely because at this point leaving and losing the $3 is fine. Just close the lobby or just turn off mobile orders if you can't keep up.
