Manager Yvette was rude, would not listen to reason and would not even look at the menu options. I ordered 2 Grinch meals and 1 Grinch fry. I returned for the missing fries (no big deal). But then noticed the shaker salt was missing. Returned a second time. The mgr came to window and said they don’t sell the shaker fries separately and the meals had them. I explained that I got an additional one and tried to show her before she rudely say “Why are we still talking about it?”, while walking away. I asked for her name, but she closed the window. After I got her name from an employee, I went to another McDonald’s down the road, they apologized for her actions, told me they sell the shaker fries separately and not only did they give me the spices for the fries, but they gave me another order of fries. What a difference management does.

I stopped @ this location around 2:45 pm on 10/22/25. I didn't want to give any stars here😡😡, because the whole crew besides 2 people were sitting in the lobby eating and not helping the one young lady who was trying to work front and drive-thru. Then, on top of that one chunky girl with 2 tone hair color crams a sandwich in her mouth (like she needed it) and runs behind the counter and starts handling food in drive-thru👎& didn't wash her hands, she wiped them on her pants!! This is disgusting and unacceptable. I will not eat at an establishment that lets their employees run wild while customers wait to be served. I will be contacting corporate office about the disgusting habits @this location. When I was finally waited on , I changed my order to just a drink that I could fix myself and get the hell out of there. I stood in the line just to see how long we had to wait to be served. Unnecessary waste of time, I don't have. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone it is by far the worst McDonald's ever!!!!!!!!!!👎😡😡👎🤬🤬🤬

I only got a 30 minute lunch break I've been here since 11:05 am is 11:25. Should I leave and don't eat or wait and see how much longer will i have to wait I'm already going to be late clocking back in to work.
If you are looking for fast food this is not the place. 20 minutes minimum to get your food. Even if you order on the app. The sending people to a number to wait may sound like a good idea but if yall not organized it will never work as intended.

This McDonald's is trash! I went on my lunch break thru drive thru and they had a really old woman taking the orders it went so slow ordering she kept telling me to hold on after everything i said... Then i get to window to pay she makes me wait to continue taking an order telling them to hold on after everything they ordered. Then i get to pick up window the lady makes me pull around to spot 13 to jus bring my food out to me as soon as i park. That was unnecessary and almost made me late back to work.. then they didnt even gove my bbq sauce for my nuggets.. trash and unorganized....

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. I was ordering through the drive through at 11:35 am and the lady taking my order was VERY RUDE. As she was taking my order I had to repeat myself a few times and ask her to give me just a few while I decided what I wanted from the menu because she stated she couldn’t hear me in a rude tone of voice and as I was finishing ordering she then asked would that be all very rude dragging out her words “wooouulld thaaat bee allllllll”. Not very friendly at all I decided to leave and not get the food after that experience.

I ordered from this McDonalds via Grubhub. While they can’t control their drivers (already let Grubhub know about the slowness, resulting in cold food), they certainly can control what goes into a meal. On my first bite of my burger, I pulled a nice sized piece of what I can only assume was plastic wrapping out of my mouth. How disgusting is that? Not to mention unsanitary, and shows this McDonalds branch has sloppy workers who don’t take pride or patience in what they do. I already notified Corporate. If I could, I’d give this place negative stars. I’ll never go here again, and advise others stay clear. Jack in the Box is right next store.
