Papa Johns Pizza

Ordering Papa Johns made me remember why I don’t eat Papa Johns. 30 minutes for a sub par pizza. I should’ve got a frozen pizza across the street at Walmart lol.

Rude ass employees. They ignore people in line. Then give you attitude when you call them out on it.

We ordered pizza yesterday at about 7pm, at 9pm we got a call that their ovens were down and they may get it out yo us by closing (1130pm)

Today we called about not getting the pizza and I was told I could come pick it up and that I was credited. ($51 not back in my account yet) When I walked in the girl at the counter said she just gave away my order so the manager asked her to make the 2 pizzas and breadsticks again. I confirmed order and waited. I asked about the order 40 min later - I was told they gave it away again. I asked for the manager and still no apology - she said you’ll get your order. I got the order 30 minutes later and it was wrong!!! The girl shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted her to make it again. I asked for my soda on my original order and the manager said no - after waiting so long she said no because I was credited. Never mind we were waiting over an hour! They are all high and rude and could care less. They made my order 3 times and gave it all away and she couldn’t give me the soda on my original order. When I asked for the owner info she said call papa John’s. I will call tomorrow. Something needs to be done about these high employees at this store!

I want to hop in a give a good rating mainly to the cashier in the front that was there today after 5pm. Everyone in the lobby was extra rude and impatient and she stayed so respectful. That’s not easy. Big ups to her and the crew for keeping it together.

This location doesn't have in house delivery anymore, my last three attempts were all redirected to door dash unprompted and all arrived missing items or cold. This time I couldn't even eat because it was so badly made.

They sent me BURNT pizza. Aweful taste. I did not get what I requested except for the generic topping. Do your self a favor & skip this place.

I've had their wings they're not too bad but I would say their pizzas are pretty decent for the price even though they're more priceier than other locations like Domino's and stuff but I am disappointed today when I ordered the heart-shaped pizza I ordered it from Little Caesars before and it was actually a decent size and I thought with Papa John's and the price of about $12 it would be a good decent size for medium and it's like thin crust and it looks small I'm not sure if Pizza Hut has a larger size because Pizza hut's looked a lot better than this one. But I guess it's a good thing I ordered two pizzas because one would not have been enough for four people

Update delivery order. Delivery was good. But ordered half pepperoni, Roma tomatoes, and spinach. It literally looks like I just threw it on myself, like I bought baby spinach leaves and chopped up tomatoes and tossed it. I think I prefer Marcos over this.

I do not recommend this place, the lady who is working today, Wednesday 12/03/25, has a very bad way of treating customers.

Food is fine but it takes forever for them to complete orders, even carry out orders. Took them over 40 minutes to have my carry out ready despite the person on the phone saying it would only take 15 minutes. Go to a different location.

This is location is beyond horrible…I placed an order at 5:43pm and my order wasn’t delivered until 7:02pm…and then when I looked at the box it was not even my order…So I go to the store and I am met by several other patrons who have clearly been standing there longer then they would have liked on a Friday night. I am finally acknowledged by a kid who is clearly clueless and I let him know I received the wrong order. This kid then proceeds to ask me what my name was, I told him and he goes oh we don’t have your order….ummmm no crap Sherlock! Somebody probably got my order like I received someone else’s….He then finds my order and of course it’s cold because it’s been sitting out for over an hour….he also then has the nerve to ask me if I want a cold pizza! Seriously? I guess we just hire anybody these days why would I want a cold pizza when I paid for a hot one? Make it make sense. I am done with Papa John’s you guys need to get your crap together….it’s not Rocket Science you are slinging pizzas and putting them in a box which is proving to be a bit of a challenge for the crew there…maybe we consider some type of training program on how not to piss off customers.

Yikes. I am glad I checked the reviews after the lady yelled at me in Spanish and then hung up while trying to place an order. Shame because I love this pizza.

I believe there is a need for classes on professionalism at this establishment. No one greeted me or spoke to me during my visit. While I enjoyed the food, I was turned off when I saw the manager making my pizza without wearing gloves. After he walked away, another employee continued working without gloves as well. I politely declined and decided to leave. It's absolutely unacceptable to prepare food without proper hygiene practices.
