So I had a taste for some wings and I got boneless because I don’t get an option for ALL FLATS… not the issue at alllll!!!!! I get honey chipotle wings and they are obviously HOT WINGS…. Not only are they hot wings but they literally DRIZZLED hot sauce on them and DIDNT cover alll the damn wings! I don’t leave reviews but this was HORRIBLE. Then I bite into something weird trying to eat these wings I couldn’t eat it!!!! Just going to get regular wings hopefully they will replace.

Latino guy with glasses and tattoos on his arm is super RUDE BE AWARE oh and he is the Manager at least that’s what he told me. Wait time for pizza was almost 2 hours and when I got pizza it was cold. I don’t recommend yall order from this location and also check out the reviews a lot of bad ones.

The crew at this location was extremely helpful for me today! I placed an online order but didn't check which location was on my app. Turns out it was not the one where I was at. The young man at the register was able to pull my order from the wrong location, and he took my order for his store. They made my pizza in short order. I was very happy with their service!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp available and handicap parking spots too.

I work at a school in the area near the Papa John's on Crestway. We order pizza from this location a lot. We always get the correct order delivered, and it's always on time and hot. The drivers are nice and professional. The manager, Tara, is always nice too. We recommend this location, and we'll definitely be calling them again!

Just don’t order delivery. It’s been hit or miss since we moved here but moving so powered through. Will not be ordering again (since delivery is kinda the point with pizza). Ordered at 18:43 with guaranteed delivery in 44 minutes. Tracker shows order is being prepared, which is after baked, at 19:20 if not sooner. At the hour and a half mark call to cancel, if for no other reason than food has presumably been sitting for at least 40 minutes. Told driver is going out the door and assured food is hot. Food delivered at 20:23 and no, it’s not hot (didn’t expect it to be). Just DoorDash when you’re feeling lazy. The only positive is the staff is extremely pleasant, there’s just an issue with getting hot pizza in a timely fashion.

Order a pizza online and it said the pizza is ready for pick up. Once I got to the store, it was closed. I was here to pick up at 9:25pm and it closes at 10pm. Why would the system accept my order if they closed the store early?

On November 19th this location made our order incorrect. When I called to inform them of this mistake the manager on duty offered me a complimentary pizza in the future for the mishap. When I attempted to call in to place an order for this pizza the manager called me a liar and refused to honor the pizza that was promised previously.

Okay so we ordered a 12-inch Pizza which looked pretty small it looks like shrinkflation has attacked the pizza companies we also ordered a six piece of buffalo wings but the buffalo wings were the size of my pinky so I just don't understand where the meat ? went. It was pretty pathetic the food was substandard I guess what do you expect it's only Papa John's so my expectation shouldn't not been so high. The only thing that was consistent was the 2 liter Pepsi?????????????? this is another place that we probably will never order from it's sad how quality of food has gone to gutter. I will upload a picture showing you the pinkie size buffalo wing.

Incapable of having food prepared on time was supposed to be delivered in 40 mins and called after it was 50 mins and they never made it an said it would be additional 30 mins to deliver stay away from this location at all
Pizza cold wait was 45 min after the 25min that I was told it would be ready and very disorganized at this location.

Worst customer service ever the manager was very unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude I waited over an hour my order was cancelled and then there was no answer as to why and they wouldn’t refund me I do not recommend this location to anyone it’s almost worth it to go to a different one.

The worst experience! If you actually want your food, don't order from here. I ordered at 5:30. It was the wrong order. I then had to call 4 or 5 times to finally get the manager to send the correct pizza. It was 8:30 when we finally received the order. Manager and staff were rude. I was promised a credit and never saw one. We won't be giving them our business anymore.

I have read all these Karen’s . They may be true but . If you are not in there shoes to judge . 15 dollar pizzia to fuss . May. Or not be a corporate store. Find your team to make your pizzia . Location is no good but they are my neighbors pizza . Remeber they close for a reason . Every ones app is a joke . Try human reaction. Call or find your pizzia fix . You have a choice .
