The nightshift is very lazy, closing time was nowhere near and the told customers that they were only doing door dash orders with no reason why. I'm a person that's willing to wait when short staffed, so if you're hungry at night don't come to this one lol.

This has to be the worst sonic to ever go to. I just spent 60 something dollars at this place and my order is wrong. I can’t call up there because they don’t answer the phone. They remove the phones off the hook so it doesn’t even ring. Try calling the other sonic on FM 78 close by H-E-B in Foster Road they too don’t answer the phone. I need the number to headquarters like ASAP each time I bid into my burger there was something crunchy on the inside of it like as if they grind it up a bone or something then who makes a root beer float with ice inside of it who does that and your fries are horrible.

Since it is conveniently located, I’ve ordered here every few months, each time hoping there is some improvement. This is my 3rd or 4th visit and once again I am disappointed. The cheese sticks are always overcooked, with the cheese being chewy and cold. I ordered a coke float this time and it was not properly made nor as advertised. It was a regular coke with crushed ice, with a little bit of ice cream on top. Were the employees not trained? That’s not how you make a coke float. You don’t put crushed ice in a float. It made it hard to eat the ice cream without crunching on bits of hard ice. I’ll be driving to other locations from now on. Do not waste your money here. I also had to change stalls 3 times because each one was broken, with only 1 having a sign indicating it wasn’t working.

Waited 30 minutes just for one of the three girls working to say they are no longer taking order only through door dash ? All 3 girls were just talking along with another male who was just eating food who I don’t even think works there.

I waited 30 minutes After pushing the button for somebody to take my order and nobody did. I have tried giving this Sonic multiple chances and not once. Has there ever been any success in ordering anything properly, fully cooked, or without my order being royally messed up. I've had better food In the Army that was left out in the truck in the Sun for a day.

It’s a shame that there was only ONE person working at this location. They have ONE person working and walking with a cane?! Sonic shouldn’t be open if there is only one person working. Do better Sonic.

I've been here again few times and it seems each touch screen has issues. I've tried r different stations and haven't been able to leave a tip electonicly and that's terrible for the employees as most folks don't carry cash anymore.

I usually don’t leave angry review but when is it enough , when is corporate or the GM going to take accountability for the low rating.
The workers may have faulted but at the end of the day it’s the leadership that sets the workers for failure

Never fails. No matter what time of day, something is always messed up on the order, something is missing. So when we get home it’s then that we realize it. My family enjoys sonic, why is it only this location that can’t get an order correctly.

The plus side of all this by your own inconvenience if you return to the location they happily fix their faults with no issue. But it shouldn’t get to that
