Recent Reviews

This location won't take online orders, so you do not get the all day half price drinks. They blame the app. The app works at other locations just fine. Food quality and restaurant maintenance has suffered greatly since the pandemic. I do not recommend the Kitty Hawk location at all.

I think the employees spot in my drink and the service sucked the lady knocked over my drink and didn't even offer to pay for it we had to order another drink so all in all I'm very dissatisfied with Sonic's customer service

Only thing I hate is that more than half of the drive ins are out of order, and the signs are tiny & you can only see them when you pull into the spots, so you have to either rubberneck it to look back and then back up into a spot that doesn't have the sign, or just keep pulling into each spot until you finally come across one that isn't marked broken. Bigger signs or maybe changing the position of them for the drivers to see might be more effective? Otherwise, good...
