Second time in a month I've come here and they can't make any slushies at all for whatever reason. It's literally all I want from here. It's ridiculous, what even is Sonic without the slushies? Plus they take forever get your order out every time. I'm just over it and won't be coming here again. I'll go to one farther away that can actually make half their menu.

Place went downhill fast. I have no idea what happened. It used to be awesome. Something is always broken, or they out of something. Once or twice, sure things happen, but almost everytime? Cmon. I don't blame the workers. Management/Owners need to get it together.

I was shocked the shake was $5 .then the carhop asked me if I wanted my change back from a $10 bill. I am not tipping $5 .will not spend $10 for a shake... you need to pay your employees more....

This Sonic went to crap just like the rest of the ones in the area!! Waited 25 min for a number 9 and chili cheese tater tots. Was asked twice over the speaker what will I be ordering amd had to tell the twice that I already placed my order.

This place always has the longest wait only to be out of everything most of the time. I use the app to save time and still end up having to wait.. that is when the app works at this location. Staff is always nice enough. I try to always use a different location If I'm ordering sonic. It's really gone downhill

This was a very bad experience. You are able to see that the management is doing very poor job with the way this fast food restaurant is ran. The wait in the line was almost 10 minutes and that was dine in. The gentleman who took our order got it wrong after I repeated the order at least 3 times. To get the order fixed we had to wait in line again. They knew we ordered however just stared as if there was no issue. We had to wait in line again another 10 minutes just to get the order fixed and to no surprise the initial order was ready by the time the manager came to fix the order. So we had to wait another 7 minutes to get the fixed order. I am fully aware this is no 5 star restaurant however some basic communication skills, correct training would provide good service. It was extremely frustrating and we were unable to get a refill before we left because once again the wait alone would have been another 10 minutes. The front register was moving extremely slow. He would make a whole order prior to taking another order. We will never visit this location again 😔

If I could give zero stars I would, I pulled up to place my order at 9pm with my family, sat here waited lookked at the time and it’s 9:40p and my food still hasn’t been brought out to us, I call them again to ask about my order and why it’s taking so long, and to have the manager come out to tell me when they came out nobody was here. Which was a lie because we had been sitting here for 40 minutes waiting, this place is freaking ridiculous they did not take no accountability for what happen, made it seem like I was a lier, this is unacceptable how can you treat a paying customer this way! I will never come back to this location ever again! Horrible service

Friars are never working. Waited 15min after pressing the service button only for it to cycle off. When online ordering they never refund you for the fries/tots. Avoid at all costs.

They took my wife off schedule and Ghosted her when she complained about the shift lead having a cat inside kitchen laying where there supposed to make food and drinks and complaining about how no one else washed there hands

We live down the road from Sonic and it seems like every time we come by to get something one or two of their machines are not working. I just laughed out loud because right now when they came on to take my order they said the fryer and slushy machine were down. Last time they had no ice and no ice cream. When everything is working it awesome. The issues are much to common.

Would not recommend or suggest this location for anything. The inconsistency is unbearable. One day the fryer doesn’t work, the next night the ice cream machine doesn’t work, next visit they cannot make slushy beverages. The upkeep outside is terrible.
