I came here for a late evening snack for my family and although their ice cream machine was not working properly, the young lady that assisted me was very kind. Her friendly nature and apologetic attitude was much appreciated! We will be back because I know that Sonic always has amazing treats and eats!

How is it that this sonic often doesn’t have any form of ice cream , blast etc. after a certain time of day? Is it because the machines are being cleaned hours before closing time? There have been so many times I’ve tried to order and have been told there isn’t any icecream available.

This place was absolutely ridiculous. Their sonic app never works and they do not have a drive thru so you’re forced to use their stalls. Service takes forever, every time I’ve been here I’ve spent more than 20 minutes waiting for just a drink. They also do not give change which would not bother me if it was rounded up but they’ve kept over 2 dollars in change, which I feel is uncalled for with the service they provide and should not be allowed if I do not tell them to keep the change. I as well have stopped ordering slushes from here because by the time they are brought to me they are always melted and taste like straight up syrup. If I could leave negative reviews I would.

I always try to be as polite as possible, especially being in the food service industry myself, but my first time here was not great. Couldn't understand the one taking my single item order, but the guy who brought it out was nice and polite, asking how my day was.
Main issue is ordering one item, and getting another. Not sure what part of "Cookie Dough Sonic Blast" got misconstrued as "Chocolate Brownie Shake", but I was halfway home when I realized it wasn't at all what I wanted or ordered. Wife got it when I got home cause I don't like brownie like this. It wasn't busy, so unfortunately it's just carelessness. I know it's late, but you gotta care, at least enough to give people what they order.

Fast service with a smile. Chili dog was great, Double Smasher was extremely salty. Tater Tots were good.
This is the second time that our slushies have no ice and pure syrup/liquid. I just placed the blue coconut in my cup holder, and it exploded onto both slots. A slushy needs ice!!

I just left this location it was a bit of a wait, but man was it worth it! I don’t know what yall did to the fries but honestly they are the BEST fries I have ever had!!!! Great job night crew and no worries about the wait!
