Had to get a drink remade Thursday morning. Came back Saturday didn’t taste it thinking it was a one off and it was still not good. Taste your drinks before you leave. Especially the cold brews

I don't know if I'm coming at the wrong time or what but this manager dude with the glasses is so rude not only is he rude he just throws my stuff in a bag just slammed it in the bag
I went to Starbucks for my birthday and ordered a drink with no ice and it seems that they added MORE ice then usual it is half way full with ice??♀️ (last time I went I got a pink drink and it seemed like it had been sitting out, it was almost grainy)

Typically this place is great & I love to work from a coffee shop occasionally to be away from the distractions at home. However, the last few weeks the internet has not been working at this connection and it’s been very disappointing.

Gem (the name on her hat), who I often see at the drive thru is just amazing. You can’t help but be in a great mood after an interaction with her. This location is very lucky to have her. In addition, my coffee is always consistently good here. Love this location.
