Once it was figured out I pulled up to the window to grab my items and the girl at the window was talking very negatively about my mom. Not only were they talking about a customer it just happened to be my mom. Very disappointed :/

What a great way to start the day! My favorite is a hot venti vanilla latte with oat milk…YUM!! My daughter turned me onto this & I thank her all of the time!! Their vanilla latte with oat milk is out of this world!! 🌎

At 2:35 I walked into Starbucks for a cup of coffee. There were three employees working and there was no line. I stood at the counter waiting for the employees to stop playing to asked me...how can I help you. It didn't happen. They continue to play around. So I walked out. Recommend that this location provide customer service training.
What is the point of mobile order if it’s faster in the drive thru? Ridiculous.

We loved coming to this location but yesterday morning we experienced the worst customer service from the drive thru . Customer service is always top notch at Starbucks but the lady at the drive thru ruined it for us yesterday.Will have to find another better location.
