Why would they have a screen for to go orders. I have to practically get out my car just to order. The screen is too far to reach even when I'm right next to the curb. The sun makes it hard to see too as well.

The manager here teaches his workers dirty work, There’s bugs behind counter and if they mess up your order they don’t start over they continue with the mess up. Customer service is weak no manners, need new management.

Be careful with this subway! Went through drive through and asked if I could do tap to pay. Lady took my phone, closed the window and walked away. I thought it was because maybe they had to do it at another register. It took too long and I started getting nervous and trying to look inside but their window is tinted. When she handed me my phone back it was on my banking app with all my banking information open! They went through my Apple wallet to my mobile banking app! They probably took a picture of it. I had to go through hoops opening new accounts and closing that one because my information was compromised. Beyond upset at this violation of my privacy and information. Don’t trust this subway! Something very sinister is going on there. Stealing information from their trusting customers to commit fraud.

The sandwiches I ordered barely had any meat and were basically bread sandwiches. I knew even before I unwrapped them I was going to be disappointed because they looked ridiculously small. There were also 3 employees on duty and none greeted customers as they walked in because they were carrying on a personal conversation.

What’s the point of paying more than 3 dollar for add ons and extra meat if I’m not going to get any? The food said it would be ready for pick up at 2:00 pm and by the time I arrived at 1:50 pm the food was cold. Truly one of the worst takeout experience.

I recently visited the Subway located in Converse on Farm to Market Road and had a rather mixed experience. The visit took place around 8:20 PM, and while the sandwiches were great, the overall customer service left much to be desired.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the two young women working there were busy mopping the floor and more worried about closing and the pickup orders. This wouldn't typically be an issue, but they had blocked off the restroom with chip displays and informed us that it was closed for the night. When I inquired about their closing time, they said it was 10 PM, which left me puzzled as to why the restroom was already closed more than an hour before closing.

I understand the desire to finish up early and get home, but it's frustrating to see employees visibly complain when there are paying customers right in front of them. The level of annoyance and reluctance to serve us was quite apparent and detracted significantly from the overall dining experience.

On the positive side, the sandwiches we ordered were up to Subway's usual standard, fresh and well-made. However, the service aspect needs significant improvement. Friendly and accommodating staff can make a big difference, and unfortunately, this visit left much to be desired in that regard.

In conclusion, while the food was satisfactory, the customer service at this location really needs better training and attitude adjustment. It's crucial for a service-oriented business to ensure customers feel welcomed and valued, regardless of the time of day.

The lady took extremely long making our sandwiches and then had a hard time ringing us up and kept charging me wrong. We asked for our sandwiches toasted, she put them in the toaster but none of them were toasted and the cheese was hardly melted.
