I absolutely love Subway , so giving them anything less than a 4 is hard to do. However waiting 15 minutes for 1 sandwich to be made even though I was the only one there with a 3 person staff is insane.

I worked at that Subway I got fired because I could not work an extra hours and because I put a two week notice and I got told to leave immediately without clocking out even a customer saw exactly what he was doing and said it's just how you treat your customers he waved his hand and it told me to get out because he told me to there is no point in the reason of the things that he did and said I advise no one to work here or to eat from her because they have roaches and flies all through their food

I only gave 3 stars because they can never get my order right & the staff needs retraining , they're not very friendly. I always order my subway with no mayonnaise . When I got home and I opened up my Subway it had mayonnaise on. I live kind of far from this subway so it's very disappointing when they can't get my order right . I ended up with a subway that I couldn't eat . recommend finding another location other than this one.

Service was polite towards the process of making the sub. After paying and requesting to break a 10 dollar bill(mind you I was planning on leaving a 5 on the tip box) the employee named axel rudely said no, shortly afterwards stating "this is not a bank". I'd be ashamed if this was one of my employees

Went in to order a wrap, asked them not to wrap tightly and just leave it more soft taco like. Supervisor or whoever it was forced the employee who was taking my order to wrap it how he wanted it, even after it was explained to him that it wasn't wrapped due to my request. This team "leader" didn't care, offered no explanation as to why, and basically ruined my entire experience. Bad leadership skills, bad customer service.
