Fastest and Taco Bell I have ever went to. I expected the food to be wrong, but my custom order was on point as well. The only downside was the restroom, but I don’t think it is their fault either. It may be the pipes.

They have gotten so crappy. This is the only one that is near me. Every time I go there, (which is not very often, anymore), they get my order wrong. Doesn't matter if I substitute something or not, they still get it wrong.

It was alright. Food was ok just as normal. The drive thru was fast though, I will say that much for sure.
1/29/25 edit: the food here always seems cold and not cooked fully. Walzem location puts it to shame with speed and quality of food but the people here still rock
BIG EDIT: This location rules. They understand that if you order online, you cannot select sweet tea and will change it for you. I haven't gotten an order wrong there in MONTHS. Lunchtime shift is the best.
Never do a mobile order or any kind of order here and expect it to be correct. I had to come back for half my order and then wait another 25minutes for them to get me 3 items. 6 people working and only one person was making food. Just skip it here

I ordered online for pickup for 630. When I got my food it was cold my nacho chips were flappy fries were cold. I called and spoke to a manager who was hella rude said my order was done at 6:15 I said so my food was just sitting out he said we don't see pickup times. I said well why is it an option in the app? He said well you are going to have t ask the app!!! At that point he pissed me off. And I said how am I going to ask the app? Then he got real rude and I asked can I speak to a manager he said I am the manager I said and that's how you talk to your customers? He hung up on me. I Ram definitely going to report him to corporate and I hope he gets fired.This is your Job and fpr you to be a person who is suppose to set an example he is horrible and should not be in any type of leadership position.
