Depending on what day you go , the place is actually not too bad. I know you can smoke and drink there. They also have darts, pool and ami music where you can choose your song to be in the lineup to play for the whole bar. Not sure who the newest bar tenders are but normally people have a easy going attitude.

First time here we had a good time

A great place to meet and hang out with grown folks and unwind . The food truck outside has some great seats too , check it out .

The music was nice (Go Dj) and it wasn't too crowded. I went alone and felt completely comfortable. Plus my drink was strong and how I ordered it. I will definitely be back for the laid back atmosphere. I went on a Saturday night around 10:30/11:00pm.

Last Night was quiet but I still enjoyed myself. Saw some old friends I haven't seen for a long time

I havent been in a bit. Walked in to a great vibe and atmosphere. The place is very clean, service is on top of their customers. They are maintaining a communal, local vibe that the area needs. Good people and some solid pricing. Give it a shot and add to the vibe.

I didn't go into the 78. I was eating at the Chinese restaurant next door. It was delicious. I can't remember the name of it. What I ate was awesome. Oh...and they have Big Red.

Always a good time here and the people make it better. Great drinks as well!

This place use to be a good place to hang out listen to good music now it's a ghost town. I remember the parking lot use to be full no where to park now you can park wherever now.. come on uptown what is going on a nice place but no ppl come here no more.

70s party and I won best dressed! we even had a soul train line going ??Uptown 78 is always a good time. Great energy and good drinks. There's even karaoke on Thursdays and an open mic event called Poetry in Motion every second Wednesday.

People don’t really dance. Also people don’t get there til very late. Not a good party atmosphere

It seems like the powers that be aren't trying to draw in patrons...I think the bar is running itself without any thought. I hope the owners step it up. I'd hate to see it be the next thing on the strip that gets replaced.
