I wish I had not found this amazing DQ. They make burgers like they did when I was a kid. I've been there three times, and the food is made fresh every time. The staff is super nice. It's an overall awesome experience!

We ordered, pulled around and waited 10-15 minutes. Fries were cold, and when we asked the young man said " he could go ask if we could get fresh fries" our mistake we didn't check the burgers till we got home meat was burnt, cheese wasn't melted.

Food was good. Service from the younger staff was not good. No customer service what so ever. Other staff came in when we were about half way done with our food, dine in at 10:30 am, they were having such vulgar conversations in the kitchen that was easily heard by us and we were disgusted. Talking about "are you into eating hairy pussy? Is that something you're into?" Definitely not a conversation we wanted to hear. Thank God there were no kids in the dine in area. The only smile we got was from the older lady running the grill and overheard her correcting the behavior of one of the kids. We used to love coming to this Dairy Queen! Not so sure about it now.

We went here after the lake. My daughter order the 6 piece steak finger basket. Her gravy was cold n her fries were stale. I order the bacon cheese burger with no onions n no lettuce mayo n mustard no ketchup. I had onions no lettuce with ketchup n mustard but no mayo.they gave me half fries n they were cold n stale. Like come on DQ do better. This is the 1st time I have ever left a negative review bc I never had any problems with y'all.
Slowest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to had me pull around and wait 30 minutes for a kids two piece steak finger when I went in and asked for a refund they said we thought you left when they’re the ones who told me to pull around ! Don’t waste your time

I’m going to say this, if I could leave negative stars I would place is trash. They can never get your food right, even something simple as cheese fries. how do you mess up cheese fries? My food is always cold which honestly makes sense because you have to wait 30 minutes after you order it through the drive-through to get it in front of the building

This was a small, very clean yet aging location. The food was delicious and fresh. I love that the Texas locations has steak fingers!!!! Why don't all locations have them? Chicken fried steak meal at this location as well!! Please DQ bring steak fingers back to Tennessee.
