I've been going to Bandit's since I got back to Texas in December of 2019. They were a food truck at the time and I stopped by religiously every Friday (They serve Texas Tators on this day). They have since moved into a hard stand building....and everything is just as good. The ribs do not need sauce. The brisket is perfect. The greens are phenomenal with just thr perfect amount of heat. Fantastic bark on the brisket! Ordered brisket, sausage, beans, collard greens, coleslaw, smoked mac-n-cheese and loved every bit of it. The collards are tangy, the brisket didn’t need sauce.The people are friendly and the place is clean. Definitely going back.

Love their Brisket, Ribs finally tried their sausage it great as well, their beans are good just a little spicy for me (i don’t do spicy foods) and like their potato salad but the potatoes seemed to be under cooked yesterday, we had family in from San Antonio and every one love your BBQ, it made our visit that much more fun and enjoyable!We usually get Bandits just about every Saturday and live y’all’s BBQ sandwiches yumm!
