There's ladybugs in the salads and as soon as you walk in all you smell is rotten fish NGL I don't think I would ever bring anyone there to eat. The service is great and the atmosphere is semi great besides the rotten fish smell.

More than once the front desk failed to give me my entire to go order. They always forget our soup and salads and bread which is part of what I am paying for. I will not order Togo from here again.Edited to add that I have a broken leg and cannot drive, so returning to the restaurant from kempner was not an option nor should I need to do so.

Pretty good place for some Italian food here in cove, I can't really comment on the service or atmosphere due to only ordering to go BUT, I do notice the place is pretty busy most nights. Overall I enjoy the food from here and I recommend getting the garlic knots and the tortellini ala panna.

I was recommended this restaurant by a coworker. I was very dissatisfied with the staff, the guy who took my order did not place my debit card back in my hand like I gave it to him. I talked to two young men’s why I was there and both acted very unprofessional and needed to be retrained on how to treat African Americans people. I was very upset and will not be ordering from this location again. I will continue to shop across the street to Giovanni restaurant. Giovanni always treat me with the up most respect and realize that my money spends just as good as anyone else’s. I should have known something, when I realized how many people this restaurant had vs Giovanni across the street had.

The food was good in general.Sadly the Service is below the standards. The server never brought up a soup that was part of the meal.Definitely, this guy needs to go Under rigorous training to learn what customer service means.Good food but I will never go to this place again.

This place is nice enough. The staff was courteous but a bit overwhelmed with our large (12ppl) group. We were visiting from out of town and this was our only experience with dining in Copperas Cove. I can’t compare to other local dining spots, just my own experience with other Italian restaurants in other locations.Lots of space/tables. I feel like you could dine in a fairly intimate way here if you requested that… so it might be nice for a romantic dinner. I’d say that the place felt like an average Italian restaurant.I thought that the Wine list was good considering the size and general cultural vibe of the city. The waiter didn’t know anything about wine, but he was new, so we gave him a pass. The real plus here is that the food is very tasty and the prices were shockingly inexpensive. Like, don’t expect Italian Buffet prices, but less expensive than an Olive Garden. All in all I’d say that the food was a similar quality to an old spaghetti factory or Olive Garden but probably 25% less money and sizable portions. My wife and I split an entree and a salad and there was food left over. The focaccia-esque bread that they bring to the table was very greasy but in that delicious way.Come hungry!Kid-friendliness: My kids were with their cousins, and we I’ll admit that the 4 of them together were a bit obnoxious. (Apologies to those dining in the area). Staff was courteous and there was a big enough area that they didn’t seem to be bothering anyone. Plenty of options for picky eaters.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and flat to get in the door from the parking lot. Accessible parking right up front.

I'm baffled by people thinking this food was good. Not sure how you screw up a cheese pizza.... oh wait just give them a pizza you pulled out the freezer and microwaved. Everything tasted like it came out of packaging from the frozen food section at the local grocery store. I know we are in Texas and cove at that but come on people. Are your tastebuds that dead? Most certainly would not recommend at all.

We just left the dining room. We were seated & waited. No one came to take our order! No drink, appetizer, or otherwise. We waited 15 minutes while watching diners that came in after us get their order taken. We kindly let the young man at the front know and left. It's too bad. This was our first time here and now have a bad impression due to the lack of service. Now we are at the other Italian restaurant here in Copperas Cove hoping for better service.

Garlic bread came burnt on the bottom and so did a stromboli. Salad was packaged with warm items and so it was warm. Not happy with the service at

This was our first time eating at Bella Sera and definitely won't be our last. Our server was Natalia, and she's a gem. Great tableside banter, knowledgeable of the menu and wine list. The food was absolutely amazing, including the calamari. Thank you for a great Easter Sunday lunch.

I ordered 3 lasagnas to go, 2 with extra mushrooms, 1 without mushrooms. I asked them to make sure to mark the one without. I went to pick them up, nothing was marked. I had to find out myself when I got home. The to go bag is single layer paper, the bottom order was smashed and leaked so bad the paper came apart on my hands...Either eat in, or don't go...
