The staff was friendly and it looked clean, however when I got home with my food I found a small hair on my breakfast sandwich. Thinking back on my encounter I realized that I didn't remember seeing the gentleman at the window with any kind of hair net or hat on.

I was skeptical at first because of the ratings, but I took a chance and stopped by. I was surprised because this is probably the only Burger King in the area where service exceeds expectations. Shout out to Jamaal! There was a little bit of wait time but he was very professional and kept me informed!

Bad customer service, bad food. Didnt recieve any napkins, straws, or condiments. All because my voice was slow and tried to speak up. Next time, I'm refunding this garbage if there is a next time.

Put a order on for a Wednesday whopper the thing rings and churo fries. On the burger I asked just for ketchup cheese and meat. I saw he put plain I reminded him I wanted ketchup he assured me it would have ketchup. It didn't have the ketchup. The thing rings I had ordered didn't come in any themed packaging and I wasn't told before hand that they were out of the packaging. Gomezes churo fries were over cooked and it didn't have the chocolate dip. Very disappointed in the meal over all

received thru the drive thru very old onion rings, fries, and chicken nuggets was not even warm to the touch! I turned right back around and demanded a full refund because it is extremely disrespectful and unacceptable!!! I asked the girl at the window would you eat that??? Unbelievable !!! Went through the drive-through this morning to get my son breakfast. I never come here although I live in town it’s not even on my radar of places to eat. The initial encounter seemed promising, polite person that took the order. After waiting forever behind someone I was PULLING up to the food window and the orange juice was hanging out of the window by a sloppy looking worker. Appearance matters when handling food. She was rude, disengaged, ZERO customer service. Handed me my food and basically tried to send me on my way before I had to ask for ketchup. The tater tots were hard and cold but the French toast sticks were fresh. Very schizophrenic service. I won’t be back.

I went through the drive through on Halloween for supper, and even though it was busy, the workers were pleasant and cheerful. The food was fresh and my order was fulfilled accurately. Now I know this should be the standard, many times in the fast food industry, it is not. So, I want to say great job to all who are working there for performing at a standard of excellence.
Also, huge shout out to Jaden Stone for being so friendly, cheerful, and professional. I understand how difficult that can be during a rush. Keep up the good work!

I utilized the drive-thru service and was instructed by the attendant at the first window to remain stationary until given further instruction. Observing that there were no vehicles ahead of me, I proceeded forward, which elicited a verbal reprimand from the attendant. Upon reaching the second window, I was confronted by another attendant who inquired about the nature of my issue. In response, I posed the same question to her. She exhibited a hostile demeanor and nearly threw my food out the window before abruptly stating, "There you go."
Given this unpleasant experience, I have resolved never to patronize this establishment again and sincerely hope that it encounters financial difficulties and ultimately ceases operations.
I did not get food. Every time I go in the drive-through, I wait over 30 min while they ignore the line I'm in. Why have two lines. They are slow rude, and the food isn't even fresh nor good to sit over an hour stuck in the drive thru . They have you wait at the 1st window so you can't see what they're doing to your food! I kept giving them chances to do better. My daughter loves Burger King. COPPERAS COVE BURGER KING WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN. it has to be management, too much turn over to blame individuals. It's the management!

I've never been so mad that I canceled a drive through order and left. They took a while for them to take my order, was not specific to what window and when I went to the second window the girl there gave me attitude about 'they will be at the first window in a moment'. After a minute she opened the window up again and said to go to the first window. I told her that I wasn't going to BACK UP in a drive through especially when there was a car behind me. She rolled her eyes again and closed the window on me. It looked like there was only two people working there so the manager needs to get their crap together and make sure their employees are not only fully trained but after what I saw today supervised and retrained for customer service.
