Pulled in the other night through the drive thru, they have 2 ordering lanes, I pulled into the 2nd one. The lady said that this one didn't work very well because it had bad audio and asked me to move to the other lane. Which was inconvenient as there was cars coming in behind me. However, I did switch lanes. Ordered a Combo Burger meal and also ordered mozzarella sticks. They had me pull around the front of the building and park to wait for my order. When I got my order I was missing my French fries, which I confirmed were on my receipt. My soda tasted like it had actual chemicals in it. The mozzarella sticks were good, I assumed since I waited they would be fresh but they weren't which was a disappointment but was still good. The burger was good until about less than halfway through I got an intensively strange flavor from the jalapenos, again almost chemically flavored. Overall, I paid $20 and could not finish my meal. Staff aren't pleasant, careless and there is 100% a quality issue with this food and the products this place is serving. I did not feel comfortable reporting my issues to the staff at the time. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this place except that I hope they can recover and be better in the future.

I’ve been 3 times thinking I got the wrong shift and every time I am treated rude by the staff my order is wrong and missing and when I go to fix it I am told they did nothing wrong and it’s my fault also what drive through doesn’t allow bikes me and my wife were denied ordering because we don’t have a car

Someone please inform the manager that Coke Zero and Diet Coke are different and taste completely different. They no longer serve Diet Coke there saying “Diet Coke and Coke Zero are exactly the same.” Literally every other BK in the world has it. I thought BK was the “Have it your way” place. They’re the “we don’t serve Diet Coke because we keep selling out and it takes too much extra effort to stock it” place. 🫢.

Did drive through. I went on Sunday October 6,2025 and went around 1 pm. The best service ever! I forgot the young gentlemans name but he gave the best service with a smile ! He didnt rush me when i needed to put my drinks on my cup holder and he made sure i had everything in my bag!

I went through the drive thru around lunch time today. My service was fast and friendly. My food was fresh and my order was made correctly.
I've tried the original chicken sandwich twice from this location and both times it had stale buns and an off taste. The burgers are juicy and good as always they just can't do the chicken sandwich any justice here for whatever reason.

I’ve always gone here and it used to be really good. Whoever is being hired at the damn drive through they gotta fix it and replace, Dennis is awesome and the only reason this isn’t two stars, he’s professional while keeping conversations during the transaction while the other guy named Jamal is inappropriate, told my husband about a comment he made regarding asking if I wanted kids while staring at my chest and my husband confronted him. The man out front told my husband he stares at women’s chests (especially low riders) during transactions. Next day he got us food and the man didn’t even hide his rudeness to my husband and didn’t even get our order right, everything we didn’t want was on our burgers and my brisket burger didn’t even have the brisket in it. That man is disgusting and as long as he works there I won’t be returning and letting my friends know to not either of that man is seeing as he is bluntly making inappropriate comments during his job

I don't know about lunch but babyyyyyy get on DoorDash and order a double sausage, egg, and cheese croissant for little to nothing compared to everything else on DoorDash and enjoy every last bite. I've placed about 15+ orders and I'm eating a sandwich right now. Yum! Plus, door dash has a but one get one on these sandwiches 🤏🏽💕‼️
