Food is solid, good fried chicken. However, they had us wait 40 minutes for a 12pc Gizzards meal and 4pc Tenders meal. That is ridiculous for a fast food joint.
The Manager in charge Chris fixed our order and got us a complimentary meal for the inconvenience. I must say that Chris is a true professional.

I was pleasantly surprised. I had never eaten here before. I've eaten here twice. The first time the tender meal was fresh and hot. Second time I had to wait for tenders to cook and when I got the meal, the fries were cold and tasted old.
The drive thru was a bit confusing because its not your typical "pull up to the window". They come out to you. You never go to the window.

Was given a receipt and pen with a space to include a tip. At a fast food joint? What? Did not include a tip. When the food was ready and brought to me, maybe why they want the tip, gravy was not included as shown on the receipt. When asked about the gravy I was charged for it. Will never go to Busch Chicken ever again.

Been going here for years now. Bushe’s has dropped off quickly. Used to get a great meal for a good price. Shrinkflation has hit them hard. Chicken isn’t an expensive meat. The tenders have turned into nuggets, the gravy was watered down, fries used to fill the box now it’s a small bag half filled and the sweet tea had no flavor at all. It was basically a cup of brown ice water. I get it times are tuff. If you have pictures of chicken all in your windows you need to make sure that’s what you’re selling. Looks like I’m going up the street to try Canes next time.

Drove up in middle lane and was greeted immediately. I informed the girl that the vehicle in the first lane was there before me. She went to take their order. The other girl went to the third lane and helped two cars while I sat there. I finally drove off after another car got service. Left hungry and disappointed. I’m not sure what good it is having three lanes if employees are unaware what order to help people. Horrible system.
Stopped here for dinner when I placed my order for thighs, all they had was strips. So they asked me to come back and they will have it ready. Went back and they still didn't drop any new chicken. Third time I go back still they have no chicken thighs only strips. Instead of accommodating me or apologizing, they gave me some excuses that I had to order it first n such. Manager was very nasty and couldn't care. Made me spend $15 on a 4 piece chkn strip meal that looked like it went through the washer. And there was like no food. Absolutely horrible. Always a wait and no service!

It's been quite a while since I've been to Bush's chicken. They have no prices on the menu and now I can see why because if they would have I would have walked out. They also are the only chicken restaurant that has an option for tips. This makes them even more expensive. Their chicken is just okay and I will not be going back there after today.
