Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love eating here! I always get the Steak Bowl unless they have brisket. It is only offered for a short time a few times a year. Always have enough for that lunch or dinner and a small lunch the next day. The service, there's always really fast. We always get in and out in about 8 to 10 minutes.

The food was delicious but the customer service lacked a little. The employee didn't seem happy to see us at and acted if we were inconveniencing her. Other than that the food was delicious.

Every time I go into chipotle, I am left with the same amazing experience. This chipotle has never let me down. Samaya, she wears glasses and has short locs, she provided me with excellent customer service! I would make a 10-15 minute drive to come to this specific Chipotle.

They skimp on the rice and meat but overloaded it with toppings disappointed I would love to get my money's worth because it's sure expensive and I'm getting more toppings than rice and meat.. smh

Did a pick up order today and the order was incomplete and wrong. The 2 tortillas missing, guacamole , brown rice an extra rice all missing. Calling the store is not available, this is frustrating when I went to pick up the crew instead of paying attention to the orders they were joking and playing around. This used to be the best chipotle but not anymore , it freaking sucks.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I love ❤️ this Chipotle in Cove. I usually get vegan tacos and the staff got to know me and knew what I was going to order. ? But this Smokey brisket made as a quesadilla is so delicious it’s my new favorite. It tastes so delicious ?. I have received outstanding customer service at this location.

This is the worse chipotle I've been to. The cost is getting higher but the service is getting worse. Either they're out of stuff or too busy playing on their phones and taking pictures.

Is it okay to clean the tortilla warmer with a tortilla and then serve a burrito like that? The burrito was very cold btw. And then give no much meat that costs $11? Hygiene is key and good customer service too. The food needs to be properly handled so it doesn’t cross contaminate. The guacamole had pieces of lettuce on it. If you have allergies go somewhere else.
