Chipotle Mexican Grill

When we ate out, it used to only be here at Chipotle. I don't care for the music or the atmosphere. It's alright, but that's not what we come for. We like the food options and the cleanliness of several of their locations. I almost always get a salad bowl with chicken on top.

Do better. Portions are crazy small. Servers seem scared to put a full scoop. They looked new so I didn’t want to say anything but please work on that. The ingredients were fresh though.

If one of your workers is missing a full fake finger nail, don’t worry, I found it in one of the burritos I ordered at 5:30pm.

This place was ok… food is what you expect at any Chipotle restaurant. I asked for double steak, but was only given regular, yet still charged the extra! Reason? they ran out of the steak, but still end up charging me for it! Which was a stupid excuse!
They should at least go around the dining area and wipe the tables and chairs after the guest, but that was not the case. They all stand in line scooping one thing which looks ridiculous, as 3 crew instead of 5 in line can do what is needed to cater the crowd! While a single crew managed and make all the to go order by herself!

I love how fresh and customizable the burritos and bowls are here. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick. Great place for a tasty meal.

I was an out of town guest at the Copperas Cove location. There was one employee working the front line which made for a long wait. The portions were very light. The chicken was not fresh and it was nearly out but the employee working the food prep would not replace the bin with fresh chicken. The restaurant was extremely dirty. I was very disappointed.

Smallest portions I’ve ever received at a chipotle. And I don’t mean the meat. Everybody in my group received the smallest portion of black beans and rice. There was no chicken on the line, the one employee working the line had to go to the to go station to get us chicken. There was a bucket of fresh chicken behind her, she asked if it could be cut up so she could serve it to customers. The other employee said I’ll get to it in a minute. We didn’t eat at this restaurant during a weird time either. This was 5pm on a Saturday. It took probably 15-20 minutes from the time the first person in our group ordered to paying for the meal. Very disappointing considering how much eating out costs. I would’ve preferred to go to McDonald’s over how unenjoyable this visit was. Not to mention the cleanliness of this location was lackluster at best.

I come in here for lunch about twice a week. And I am continually impressed with this location. Friendly service, fast service, super super clean store. If you happen to run into Jasmine and she’s serving you in the line you’re in for the best bowl or burrito you’ve ever had. She adds the secret ingredient. Passion!

Food is good but the workers act like they get paid not to service full portions. It’s really frustrating paying for food but walking away with half the portions. Never again :(
