This chipotle is always my go to spot but recently the customer service has been horrible… like the workers are straight up rude. They are so disrespectful and always act annoyed the person serving me acted like she was inconvenienced by my order and was slamming all of my food around. I asked for a tortilla on the side and she slammed it on the foil multiple times before literally crumpling it into a ball. Like I’m sorry you have to work when you’re at your job ?! I don’t understand you work at chipotle it can get busy but there was 2 other people in the place. Cashier was also extremely rude and just ignored me when I told her to have a good day. Overall not very impressed with the staff and honestly would fire all of them and get people with better attitudes! I feel like every time I’m in there one of the workers is either yelling at the customers because they are out of something or slamming peoples orders around.

Either the rice or beans aren't cooked all the way every time I come in. I know many people that don't come here anymore because of it. This will be my last time as well. It's expensive to eat out, and this is just a waste of money. I ate the chicken and left the rest. They obviously don't eat their own food.
Just left out this store. It was me and just one other customer behind me.. the workers were rushing like they was slammed pack. I do not like being rushed where I'm spending my money. Slow down and quit acting like robots. The cashier asked me how my day was going and I told him good until I came here and one of his co workers turned around and was like DANNNGGG! Grow up and learn customer service!

We are regulars. Whether it be door dash, pick up, or go in there we eat CC chipotle 4+ times a week. On a health kick so this is the ticket. The staff is SO NICE and the food is always on point. The place is clean the back of the house has great communication. I just can’t say enough. Thank you Chipotle copperas cove!!!
