Customer service was great here. This whole place had the smell of fresh bagels and fresh donuts. Tried both and it tasted fresh too. Coffee and espresso tasted great too. They also have an ice cream section in the baskin and Robin section but didnt try that.

Imagine paying $19 for a 50 count munchkin bucket and only getting 32 and you get told (weāre making buckets with every other and weāve been very busy) like sorry but thatās not an excuse. Coffee that is supposed to be cold is hot and coffee that is hot tastes like water and sugar mixed together. Asked for a refund for the remaining munchkins and get told they canāt do that.

I learned a lesson today, never go here on your way to work. I decided to swing by this location instead of Starbucks because that line is literally in the street in the mornings. Big mistake. The service was extremely slow. They ran out of coffee and had to brew more...How is that possible when you're literally in the coffee business plus its morning time like why would you let it run out?? I waited so long for them to brew more that it made me late for work. Got to work and bit into the everything bagel and it was so hard it almost took a tooth out!! I'll stick with Starbucks.

Uuuh yeah, if your stores hours are till 10pm then your store should be able to fulfill a simple order. 9:20 pm shelves are stone cold emptied of any donuts, as if the store is closed already. Just ridiculous. And people wonder why businesses are closing š

Great selection of ice cream at Baskin Robbins but staff was less than enthusiastic. Got an eye roll when I asked for a sample for my grand daughter. Was relatively clean and appeared well maintained. Great location.

This location never has anything available, never has donuts, ice cream, or coffee, they're always missing something... Jun/15 they see my husband inside the store when they close at 10pm and decide not to sell him anything, lazy and unprofessional employees are a disaster
