I placed a big online order late in the evening for my son to pickup for me. It was my first order with Dunkin Donuts, so wasn't sure what to expect food or service wise. Cici and Nevaeh were the two young ladies working that night. They just got through a rush, but still managed to handle my order with professionalism. They were courteous, respectful, and did an amazing job with my order. Thank you ladies for your outstanding service!
I wasn't very impressed with this place when I went there for the first time right after they opened. The store was dirty, the clerks were tatted up and grungy looking. They didn't care that people were there waiting to be helped. They were just having a conversation between themselves and got around to us when they felt like it. I had, at the time, decided I wasn't going to go back. I'm really glad I did though! The other donut shop, which will remain unamed ? Was out of almost everything so I decided I would give Dunkin ONE MORE chance. The kid at the counter was really friendly, clean cut, well mannered, and when I figured out I couldn't tip him with my card when I paid for the donuts, apparently that's some kind of policy by the store and I was pretty upset because I don't carry cash! So when we realized I couldn't tip him he was so awesome about it!! This policy needs to be addressed by the store mgr or owners! Y'all don't pay them enough hourly to make it where they can't take tips either! NOT OKAY!! Anyway. The donuts are fresh. They taste heavenly! (Too good y'all! You could make them a little less amazing! ?) The store was clean and the selection was still pretty good for a Saturday evening! I guess I should wrap it up.. but WOW! ? Y'all are killing it! I will be back (hopefully you will have apple fritters!). This is Saturday March 9th. I was there somewhere around 6:30 pm or so. Please make sure the kid that took care of me gets plenty of koodo's! Give him a raise or fix it so we can tip with our card!Parking: Plenty of room to park close to the entrance. Also has handicap accessible right at the walkway.Kid-friendliness: No kids when I was there but.. it's a donut shop! Of course kids would be welcome there! P. S. Because, ice cream! ?Wheelchair accessibility: Easy , handicap parking right by the wall way to entrance. Double doors so easily wheelchair accessible!

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ in the United States. They do not know how to manage their staff and employees completing tasks, taking orders or having a generally friendly attitude. This is the third time with the same, type of experience that deserves recognition. The parent compa y should step in and formally reprimand them for how horrible they are.

Our drinks was too watered down and wiithout normal toppings. Diiti said she was the “manager on shift” got an attitude immediately and worsened after she was asked for them to be added.. The real problem is the managers attitude & her unwillingness to fix them. 13$ wasted. Threwi them away. Not worth drinking.

This Dunkin is the most inconsistent that I’ve been to. I can order the same thing day after day and get 5 different items. I’d rather spend more money at Starbucks because at least I know I’m going to get the same thing.

They didn't have my favorite ice cream chocolate with peanut butter chunks. Tried the ice cream of the month on January 31st, didn't compare to my favorite one. Disappointed, please bring back my favorite one!

The morning staff are absolutely the rudest people I have encountered. If you don't smile and are happy in the morning why be there? You start so many people's days. Specifically Bon I believe her name is. I started going out of my way to Killeen just because copperas cove has 0 customer service.
Just used the drive thru for breakfast and coffee and the staff were responsive and nice. The coffee was great and the breakfast wraps were tasty. Will be back to try other menu items. Also staff put plenty of napkins in bag unlike other places.

This place is a joke and Dunkin should be ashamed how it runs. Service was horrible. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. It took them about 12 minutes to make 2 drink and 1 sandwich. I'm glad I checked before I left because they didn't even put an egg on the sandwich. They remade it and the egg wasn't even fully heated up. I've never gone to this dunkin and not have something messed up with my order

I was very surprised when I came to the reviews for this Dunkin', first time I've been to this location but the staff was friendly, got me exactly what I asked for, (and my hot chai latte was amazing) and the restaurant itself was so clean.
