Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins

I really love dunkin on their good days, but i cant stand how inconsistent their drinks are. I ordered a Iced Matcha earlier today through and when it was delivered it was a really pale green. To no shocker, it tasted like milk. I was really craving the drink so i ended up reordering one in the evening, hoping itd be better, and to no doubt it wasnt. Tastes like straight milk and i pay $6 for it.. its disappointing. I love dunkin, but please please please try to become more consistent. The workers overall are sweet, but its a waste of money for me to be handed a cup of milk with a hint of matcha everytime lol.

Any time we order baskin robins they are out of 90% of their ice cream flavors. We never have issues with staff, but whoever is in charge of inventory needs to get it together. Waiting until everything has run out is not the right way to run a business.

Ordered Jamoca shake and did not receive the right flavor. It tasted more like a praline’s flavor. Lastly, they used ice in the shake and ice was not fully blended.

In over 31 years (actually 50) I've never been to a B&R that was out of Jamoca Almond Fudge, Jamoca, Pralings n' Cream, Peanut Butter and Chocolate and Rocky Road ? :(
The employee said the order was coming in tomorrow.

Every time I have ordered from this Baskin-Robins, they are out of pretty much everything. “Home of Two flavors instead”If you like plain vanilla or chocolate, you’re in luck!You’d have better options at DQ.

They close at 10pm, I came in at 920pm and they don’t have any donuts. I asked if they throw everything out 40min before they close and they said yes. What sense does that make.

This location never has anything in stock. I first asked for cookie dough, but they didn’t have it, so I asked for a chocolate ice cream, they said they had it, but then gave me peanut butter ice cream. Fastest way to catch a lawsuit is to give the wrong food item to someone, especially when the item has peanuts in it, and say it is the correct item. This location is going to kill someone. When I asked for a refund because I was given the wrong item, they said I would have to call in the morning. What kind of service is this? I’ve never heard of a store not immediately processing a refund. The worst part is that the food is generally good but they never have it!

The products are good as usual but the service is sub par. They just seem unhappy to be working and serving others. There was a awesome lady who transferred when she was there managing the place she was so nice and friendly made you want to come back all the time.

Horrible customer service!! Paid for three different double scoops with one having a waffle cone and they didn’t even get that right. Didn’t have 3 of the flavors I asked for; so had to settle for something else. Ladies seemed to have an attitude when I questioned about my order

It’s a great place! Now I don’t want to go to Killeen whenever I feel like it.

I wish everyone would give this location a chance. Yes, they are new but I’ve never had a problem here. The service is fast and they usually have what I want to order in stock. I don’t want Cove to lose them because the coffee is awesome and it’s so convenient and close.
