The morning staff are absolutely the rudest people I have encountered. If you don't smile and are happy in the morning why be there? You start so many people's days. Specifically Bon I believe her name is. I started going out of my way to Killeen just because copperas cove has 0 customer service.

Just used the drive thru for breakfast and coffee and the staff were responsive and nice. The coffee was great and the breakfast wraps were tasty. Will be back to try other menu items. Also staff put plenty of napkins in bag unlike other places.

I was very surprised when I came to the reviews for this Dunkin', first time I've been to this location but the staff was friendly, got me exactly what I asked for, (and my hot chai latte was amazing) and the restaurant itself was so clean.

They close at 10pm, I came in at 920pm and they don’t have any donuts. I asked if they throw everything out 40min before they close and they said yes. What sense does that make.

Dude idk what's up with y'all but for the life of me some of y'all need a crash course on mixing a friggin drink. I ask these people TIME AND TIME AGAIN to mix the drink well because every time I get it there's always a mass of crap just sitting on the bottom of the cup. When my friends worked there the drink quality was at least halfway decent. The whole upper half of the coffee was tasteless and the bottom half was just a mountain of sugar on my tongue. How hard is it really?All you gotta do is put the damn metal spoon in it and mix it until it all looks uniform. Can't even do a task so simple, christ. I'm the fool cause yet and still I keep spending my money here, but no matter, Starbucks is right down the street, as I'd recommend it to anybody over this shitheap.

This location never has anything in stock. I first asked for cookie dough, but they didn’t have it, so I asked for a chocolate ice cream, they said they had it, but then gave me peanut butter ice cream. Fastest way to catch a lawsuit is to give the wrong food item to someone, especially when the item has peanuts in it, and say it is the correct item. This location is going to kill someone. When I asked for a refund because I was given the wrong item, they said I would have to call in the morning. What kind of service is this? I’ve never heard of a store not immediately processing a refund. The worst part is that the food is generally good but they never have it!

The products are good as usual but the service is sub par. They just seem unhappy to be working and serving others. There was a awesome lady who transferred when she was there managing the place she was so nice and friendly made you want to come back all the time.

Horrible customer service!! Paid for three different double scoops with one having a waffle cone and they didn’t even get that right. Didn’t have 3 of the flavors I asked for; so had to settle for something else. Ladies seemed to have an attitude when I questioned about my order
It’s a great place! Now I don’t want to go to Killeen whenever I feel like it.

I wish everyone would give this location a chance. Yes, they are new but I’ve never had a problem here. The service is fast and they usually have what I want to order in stock. I don’t want Cove to lose them because the coffee is awesome and it’s so convenient and close.

I'm not one to come on here and leave a review but I was in shock at the amount of rudeness that was portrayed in all of 60 seconds. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being low/out of stock with items but to be disrespectful to customers for simply just asking is mind blowing. On top of that I asked for a plain bagel with regular cream cheese for one of the kids which seemed like it wasn't a problem but was given something completely different. I could honestly go on and on about how terrible my experience was but I'll stop here. If I was able to give zero stars I would. (Also the coffee was terrible)

Sad day when i order and it takes about an hour to get my two items. One mangonada (they didn’t have chamoy) so i just got mango smoothie. Two got the cappuccino blast (it supposed to have oreos, it didn’t) today the young man was not to par. Manager needs to get to it and get stuff in order. That is all.
