Fries Etc

I recently visited this restaurant and as a first time customer I am extremely disappointed in the food quality and customer service. When the problem was addressed the worker came from the back and told us that they did not mess up and that we wouldn’t not receive a refund because “nothing was wrong” with the food. Very terrible customer service, there was no attempt to resolve the problem. Our fries were soggy and undercooked, the presentation was terrible and the taste was even worse. A complete waste of food and money!! 0/10 would not recommend.

The say the specialize in fries but they served us under cooked fries then when we asked for a refund they didn’t want to give it to us cause they said “they didn’t mess up” they show golden brown fries but gave us the whitest fries I’ve ever seen. This place has trash fries.

First time here. The food and the people were really nice. Order was to go and didn't have to wait long.

Our go-to place for burgers and fries in Copperas Cove. Don't forget to try the Reggies (fries) and the Seafood combo, which puts Long John Silvers to shame .

I ALWAYS order the fish sandwich. It is so darn delicious. Today, I finally tried something different. If you haven’t tried the grilled chicken bacon avocado wrap, you are missing out. My new all time favorite!

Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and worked with us since we haven't been there before. Great selection of food, everything came out quick, served hot, and had good flavor. We will visit again as we want to try the milk shakes and empanadas.

This place was absolutely amazing, the best fries I have had in my life! The chili lime seasoning is extraordinary! I came here with my brother and grandma and everyone was satisfied with their food, the fish was soft and flaky, yet the outside was crispy, the fries were crispy and crunchy, and the hot sauce was great with the fish. The shrimp were also very delicious! The food was VERY hot when it came out which is no problem whatsoever. The staff were also very nice!!

If the owner so happens to read this, keep going man. You and you're business are absolutely amazing!
