I eat here A Lot. But this last time I went, I got the SAME thing I always get, and the meat was still raw. I tried to call, and they must have been closed. I Know of i get back to them, they will make it right, but I didn’t get to eat. And yes, I know pork is still SLIGHTLY pink, but this was PINK PINK.

Visited Copperas Cove and thought we’d try this place. So glad we did. Everything we got was delicious — schnitzel, gravy, red cabbage, fried potatoes, spaetzle. Great comfort food on a cold evening. Staff were very friendly.

Wonderful food! Loved the brown mushroom gravy on the schnitzel. Sides ordered: Green beans, sauerkraut, pickled red beets. Two types of cheesecake were available for dessert!? No German beer is sold. Buy your beer beforehand across the street at the liquor store and they will let you BYOB in the restaurant!

Been there and believe me, we spent years in germany and we do know what an Imbiss is really like. We do recommend. The taste of the old deutschland.

German food may be okay, hamburger questionable. How can you not cook a hamburger and serve it while it warm??

Food is great! The quality is on par to authentic German food. It is a bring your on beer establishment but they will give you glasses if you ask. The bratwurst and spatzle are fantastic.
German Imbiss is one of my favorite, local, family-owned restaurants. The food and service is great. I was at a German restaurant 2 hours away and overheard a waiter talking positively about German Imbiss. They are that good!
