Way to busy on octoberfest and not enough staff for a busy day took almost an hour before we paid took forever to get a to go box

Finally tried breakfast for the first time and OH MY GOSH!! DELICIOUS! Fresh, hot, full of flavor. We look forward to trying new items each weekend.

My eggs were not how I ordered them and I ask for the sausage to be in a separate plate as my husband would be enjoying them because I'm allergic. Unfortunately that is not how it was served to me.

I absolutely love this place it's so versatile and the food is amazing if you do get breakfast please try the Benny(eggs Benedict) the hollandaise is scrumptious the muffins is so buttery and flaky and the ham is the perfect balance of sweet and salty and the poached eggs are always cooked to perfection I wish. I can give 10 Stars 😀

my family and I love H&E ! We’ve brought family from all over to eat here and enjoy the nice and lowkey atmosphere. We love how they are expanding, & bringing life back to copperas cove. Ms. Connie has been our waitress consistently for over a year and takes very good care of our family & always has a great attitude. Thanks ms Connie for the great service !! You’re the best !!

one of the best things about cove ! The owners are so active in the restaurant and it’s refreshing to see them and our favorite waitress ms Connie ! Shes helpful, knows our orders by heart and loves our kiddos. she has definitely become apart of the family and one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Prices are more than reasonable, kid friendly, clean and family oriented environment. Thanks for bringing back life to cove H&E !

I don’t know if we caught her on a bad day but Connie was extremely rude and distasteful. On top of dealing with a a terrible attitude from Connie, I asked for fruit with my French toast and cheese on my eggs of course I didn’t receive either. My friend asked for a side of ranch and threw it on the table and walked off. She also was upset that we asked for an extra ranch, she threw that one as well. I could go on and on about the 45 mins I spent here. I would NOT recommend.

Every time we come here the owner gives us the dirtiest looks and doesn’t say a word. You’re in the wrong industry!!!! A greeting, Kindness and a smile goes along way. 3rd time we have walked out and we will never be back!
