Shout out to this staff. They were obviously short handed on a day they were running a promotion.. they all were working quickly and very friendly despite the stressful conditions! I appreciate their hard work.

I'm really disappointed haven't really went to Jersey Mike's a lot before but decided I'ma give it a try and I will definitely not be going back out we got 2 sandwiches a tuna and a smokehouse cheese steak they were mediocre plus we got 2 chips and 2 fountain drinks and paid $30 ?! Ridiculous Subway it's cheaper and better and at least they toast their bread and the customer service was mediocre too.. never again I should have went next door to chipotle.

The manager decided that while the beautiful young lady was making my sandwich was thw perfect time to chastise her. I mean why? She has all day ling, why do it while i am getting my sandwich.

Do not show up during the lunch rush. They will ask you what you want on your sandwich then just add whatever they want to add regardless of what you ask for. Big waste of money and time.
I go to get a giant number 9 with their C.P.R.. on it and cut into half! But sometimes they put a very little amount of the c.p.r. on it and I tell them more than once that I want more on it! I have to tell them I don’t know how many times to put a lot on it and I have to tell them over and over that I want it just cut into half and then I cach them cutting it into threads before I tell them just cut it into half! My wife went in to get two subs for our dinner and they put mine on the wrong bread and they were being very roud to her so she told me that she will never go there again! One girl with the bandanna is always cheerful an polite an seems to be the only one working. An why is there an old lady always on her computer when they look like they need help? Thought customer service was priority?

One lady at counter was friendly, but then never asked what we wanted , other staff look out at us but never came over to ask us what we wanted to order . Weird for sure since that’s their jobs is to take care of customers.Hopefully management addresses issue because they just lost orders from 7 peopleBy the way no other customers in the restaurant at all. What can I say? We waited about 30 minutes for 5 sandwiches. Half way through out order they gave somebody else half of their order. Then we had them try to give us only 4 sandwiches. Had to tell them multiple times what we wanted on them.My ex used to manage a jm store in Chicago. This was horrible. No communication, older lady on the register must've been new because she got flustered so easy, there was no line when we walked in. By the time we left there were two groups that hadn't even been started. I wouldn't go here again.

Fantastic service and they have great Philly Cheesesteaks. I guess this is because this is Texas! ?I have been to others states and they only server cold meats.Also Kat and Anastasia provide phenomenal service that is why I would come back here again.
