I love our Jersey Mike's but today I could not get away from work so I ordered delivery. Whoever was working today before 1pm - THANK YOU! My sammich is absolutely delicious. I feel like I don't deserve a sammich this good. Presentation was on point. The taste is immaculate. I got a #8 and added honey mustard and banana peppers. God bless the hands that made my lunch today! 10 out of 10!

Very unorganized, No sense of leadership. Cashier (Alyssia) rung up the order wrong due to her lack of listening i asked for a giant sub 2 bags of chips and 1 bottled drink. she therefore made 2 different meals both combos when telling her about the miscommunication and what i wanted she proceeded to say that’s not what i asked for, she proceeded to say I ordered 2 meals. (Mind you a young male is preparing sandwich after she took the cash payment and touched her hair she thens proceeds to grab mayo & bacon and attempt to help the young man finish making my sandwich) then asked for the drinking cup for the other meal because i didn’t want to go through the hassle she then says “no i’m gonna get you the refund” she thens calls another employee to come try to refund me for the combo i didn’t want. By this time im irritated because she is wasting time she then call her “manager” Chris which finally came after 2 people attempted to give a refund so when he comes. He first says she refunded the whole meal so i was still willing to pay again. But this young lady was so sarcastic and rude the conversation escalated so the young man fixed everything and we left. When my daughter returns to get the manager on duty name a older black male with brass teeth comes out and begins to get disoriented because we were upset about the encounter with the young woman. Overall i love jersey mikes and come to shop at least 1 every week or every 2 weeks this whole experience has caused me to NEVER return again!!! Another thing! Whole staff was under kept on hygiene hair was out no hair nets, touching money not washing hands then touching food, team memo with wrinkly clothes , collars popped not tucked in barely buttoned up! P.S. while all of this going on Manager Chris hiding in back area

Everything about the servers is good it’s just the customers are really stupid and rude to them, two nights again a guy order a number 7 and ask for the male with a ponytail and glass to fold it, and the worker said he could try than the guy said nevermind as he went to fold it, and then the next night a customer who comes and orders a 13 quickly, took too long holding up a line for a 13

I would love to know why if your employees have so much free time that there just standing around that they couldn’t make sure my entire online order was inside of the bag. I could understand if it was busy, but today it was dead only one other customer in the lobby when I walked in. I drove 40 minutes round trip just to get back home and discover I’m missing 1 of my 3 sandwiches. It angers me even more at the fact that I couldn’t eat my food while it was still warm because I had to make another 40 minute round-trip to go pick up the food that was missing. I can definitely promise this was my first time visiting this location and I will never be back.

I ordered delivery and like some spots, they hired Door dash to deliver. I waited for over an hour and when calling the driver as stated on the delivery tracker, driver refused to answer. I called Jersey Mikes to cancel and get a refund and they refused. They said I had to take it up with door dash but why should I if I didn't hire them to do the job. Next time, my business is going to the places that have their own driver. I don't recommend this establishment because they handled this poorly.

Your employees in the last year at this location has fell off they are rude and have no respect for the customers coming in. I came in today 07/27/25 with my wife and child. I was asked if we wanted a fountain drink so I said yes 3 small cups my wife goes to make are drinks the pepsi is out she comes up tells the employee that the pepsi is bad. The employee then says yea there isn't any carbonation. I asked why did you sell me cups if the soda machine isnt working she said I assumed you wanted tea well there assumption was wrong she should have said there soda machine is down instead of assuming what people want she is rude and I will from now on drive to killeen for Jersey Mike's where atleast the employee will treat you with a little respect.

Your employee Jalisa is a disgrace and should absolutely be terminated immediately with her extremely poor customer service and shear disrespect she showed myself and my family. This was my first time ever coming to a Jersey mikes and will absolutely be my last time to ever enter this establishment. When you have an employee who verbally disrespects any patron of your establishment is unacceptable. Don’t tell customers that they can make choices on a sandwich and throw a tantrum when asked to have vegetables put on theirs sandwich. Your signs and google says that you close at 9 pm then why at 8pm would you start emptying your teas without asking if anyone dining in if they are drinking tea. Then wants to completely go off her rails when the shift lead ask her to bring the tea back out. Then wants to proceed to say how she hates fixing walk in orders and only likes to do online orders. Perhaps if you would explain to a new customer how things work you would not be so miserable. I will be calling Monday morning and will be speaking to the manager. This is absolutely ridiculous and Jalisa should be immediately terminated. Poor excuse for a customer service representative.
