I’ve been here a few times and Ms Rosalice is very professional and courteous when answering the drive thru and not to mention her customer service during the transaction. I can tell she wants to be here and is present and not just doing a job and hurrying people. Please let her know how good of a job she’s doing and acknowledge her positive attitude as that will show her she’s doing excellent.

I called to ask about a bucket of chicken. The guy that answered says, I can't take your order over the phone. I didn't ask for an order, I ask about a bucket of chicken, I couldn't even get a cost. He was rude and abrupt. Just shows ignorance. I won't visit KFC.

Food is good store manager has the worst attitude and customer I’ve seen and I’ve worked in the food service industry for about 6-7 🤷🏽♂️years now and I’ve never came across this kind of problem and that it’s a recurring issue she rushes us at the order box and has so much attitude then when we are telling them our order they never get it right anyway the food is great once we get it just the service is vary bothersome

My order was wrong, And honestly, it was okay Because the service was so great by rose. We called when we got home and nicely explained that our chicken wings had no sauce on them. Rose was Apologetic, Kind, And just an overall an amazing human being. The only thing that was wrong was the sauce on the wings and she gave us a whole new order. I’ve been in the food industry for all the 10 years and it’s nice to come across someone What such great customer service.

I just ordered from KFC and something told me to look and I see this coming out of the piece of chicken I was eating .....

It's rare I get to go here, but the staff is always fun to be around, the atmosphere is nice and clean, and when we use the drive through, they always like to see our dogs because the chicken nuggets are hands down the BEST.

We haven't been back here in awhile because we had problems every visit. We gave it another shot - since the potato wedges are back. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the inside looked. Our food was ready and the employee was very nice. I think we got original recipe instead of crispy, but we hadn't been in so long we honestly weren't sure. It was all good and there in the quantity we ordered so we will count it as a win. :)
