The guy taking our order was so high he couldn’t take the order. Someone else had to take the order. And then It took about 15 mins to even get our order. The manager did give us extra food and the guy who handle the order was nice. After this I will never eat here again.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I used their drive thru, so I won't rate atmosphere. I would have given them a 1 star review, but the lady was friendly and gave me three free drinks for my long wait. Over thirty minutes wait, dried out food (terrible quality) and missing items from my order. I highly recommend you do not waste your time and money at the Copperas Cove, TX KFC. I will not be giving them my business ever again.

$39 wasted on chicken that isn’t even edible. When you go to bite into the chicken, the only thing you’re tasting is dirty nasty oil, it coats the inside of your mouth completely. There is no seasoning whatsoever. It’s just not one location. It’s all the locations in Bell county.

I have tried this location a couple of times over the spam of a year. Every time it's horrible. The famous bowl is always half full with barley any chicken. My meals are cold and soggy. I won't go back unless the location comes under new management/ownership.

Still not a fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore especially this location after many many different problems pricing slow service so I haven't been there in a long time. Kentucky Fried Chicken needs to trim down their menu and specialized back in what they used to do good original recipe and extra crispy chicken and the old QSC 103 service where if you didn't get your food in about 5 minutes you were getting bad marks

I've been there a few timesI've been there a few timesAnd the manager was nice a few times and a few times she wasn'tThe last time I went which was last week the food was not good at allI actually got sick and was sick for 2 daysI did call the manager wasnt seeking a refund but wanted her to know what her kitchen was putting out in case of a lawsuit still wasnt even offered a do over but then again I dont I wud have executed at that point but for the price they could have been been a bit more understanding

Really liked this KFC. 61 yrs old and really enjoyed the fact that they decorate for all events like the coming Memorial Day. Also enjoyed a pic with The Coronel. Too bad many things have changed thru the years. I remember that it used to (be that when you'd buy, you would get a KFC before abbreviation) of course with a piece of cardboard paper to make it stand up. Anyway, people were nice, helpful. courteous and. we enoljoyed seeing it clean well decorated and even outside was well maintained.. All hedges clean, cut and straight. A fine example of pride in their work place. Give it a 10!!
