When I first walked in, the young man greeted me And gave my boys cookies. Picking up was a breeze. It was when I got home and realized my puffs were burnt. I never have ever had issues with my food. When I called, the female manager was extremely rude and basically demanded i bring the food back. I told her I didn’t have an issue, told me again I had to bring it back to have it remade. I live in Lampasas, so I told her I understood what she was saying and she rudely told me to hold on. Then the make manager picked up and told me I HAD TO BRING IT BACK TO HAVE IT REMADE. I told him I didn’t want it remade, I wanted a refund and I understood the bleeping assignment.
I ordered from them a lot, but this is the absolute last time. They were so hard my grandkids won’t even eat them.

So I got 3 hot and readies yesterday for my dads birthday yesterday and I found something black mixed in with the cheese so I picked at it cause it was a pepperoni pizza there shouldn’t be a black spot. And out came a fly ?completely grossed me and my family out.
