Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered a pizza pepperoni pizza with jalapenos well done today. Tell me why these guys have the audacity to toss 2 pounds of jalapenos not even cooked on my pizza just thrown on. Then on top of that pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. The dough was still raw. How does even happen when i asked for WELL DONE. The least they can do is fully cook it.

We were going to order pizza (7-27-25) in Copperas Cove, we were on hold for 10 mins. Listening to some guy taking everyone's orders. Then he was talking about people playing video games all day. He was very rude talking about people. He never came back on the phone. We went to another pizza place in Cove.

I’m waiting for a pick up for 11:15am and it is 11:10 and it’s not even in the oven. On top of that sitting here I’ve seen 3 potential customers come in and leave becuase nobody ever came to the register to take there order that’s weird what yall doing back there get it together!

So many things wrong with this store 1 the people in the kitchen and front are so unprofessional people in the kitchen who were white keep yelling out the N word back and forth to each other while there was customers in the lobby and the guy at the register didn’t have a care in the world with a nasty attitude and they’re manager who was in the back was laughing while employees were cussing at each other and the guy at the register was yelling and cussing back to the guys in the Kitchen and continued to use the N word , please do better as a franchise Manager should’ve know better then to let his team act like that Infront of guest or even at all

I gave your store two chances but each time you failed me. Little Caesars and Digorno put more toppings on their pizza. I'll stick with frozen pizza and add my own toppings. There is no good pizza place in Copperas Cove Texas. I won't be buying again and I'm deleting your app and unsubscribing to your site.

Terrible experience at the Copperas Cove Little Caesars. The stand-in assistant manager was oblivious and unprofessional, completely mishandled our order, and offered no apology or solution. I had to reorder and wait over 20 minutes with my kids, including a 4-month-old. We’ve been loyal to this location since it opened , but this might be our last time.

If anyone has the store manager’s contact or email, please share I’m getting ready to write to corporate. I understand there will be human error, but it’s how it’s handled that matters. Customer service should be a priority, and today it clearly wasn’t.

I don't know WHO in that kitchen but, Keep up the great WORK!!! We had order 430 & 340, regular hot and ready with free Italian Cheese Bread. I have eaten at a lot of little Ceaser's, from Michigan to Chicago and now in Texas!! Y'all did the best EVER!! I'm sorry I didn't get to take photos, it was so good it was GONE!!!🥰😋

Very busy location but the employees are rude. I didn't know about the newer pick up option that's self help. They were rude about it and made me feel dumb.

When I first walked in, the young man greeted me And gave my boys cookies. Picking up was a breeze. It was when I got home and realized my puffs were burnt. I never have ever had issues with my food. When I called, the female manager was extremely rude and basically demanded i bring the food back. I told her I didn’t have an issue, told me again I had to bring it back to have it remade. I live in Lampasas, so I told her I understood what she was saying and she rudely told me to hold on. Then the make manager picked up and told me I HAD TO BRING IT BACK TO HAVE IT REMADE. I told him I didn’t want it remade, I wanted a refund and I understood the bleeping assignment.
I ordered from them a lot, but this is the absolute last time. They were so hard my grandkids won’t even eat them.
