Standing in the dining room for over 15 minutes and not a single person could acknowledge me and the manager walked past me at least five times

First time at this place and never even got a chance to try the fluid it just got such a nasty feel of the place by being ignored

I'm never the person to complain but I couldn't help myself this time. I frequent Killeen's McAlister's and I'm always satisfied. I was in Cove and decided to stop here first.

I got the choose 2 chicken tortilla soup & half grilled chicken club as I always do. I laughed when I got the sandwich and wish I would've taken a pic. There was a corner of chicken on the sandwich, not even half a tomato, not even a quarter piece of bacon and an entire head of lettuce. I was so appalled that maybe I was being ridiculous that I searched pictures online. I have never questioned my sandwich in Killeen as it always looks gourmet. I was ripped off for sure.

The thing that got me was to get such a ridiculous sandwich, there were 3 employees standing around when I walked in along with the manager and I was the only customer in the building. To top it off, the place is absolutely filthy. Every corner you look in, there's food and trash. As I'm walking to the bathroom there's trails of mud, food, and trash, within the bathroom as well. It's 11am yall! To have that many employees with nothing to do, the least they could do was make me an excellent sandwich AND get a broom and dustpan and make the place look presentable and clean. Needless to say, I'll stick with Killeen's location.

Food at Harker Heights location is put together better but food is good here too.

Employee with rainbow belt taking care of dining area was friendly and helpful.
Behind the register was just okay but atleast not rude.

Ordered croissant sandwich. Bread was slightly over toasted (picture). Several ingredients left off so I had to go back and ask for them. Avacado had dark spots (picture).

I love McAlisters flavored lemonade and teas. The Sugar Plum sweet tea is delicious!

Great food service was an 8 only because they forgot part of the order. However, they made the correction with no problem. Gave them an 7 because I had a 10 minute drive back to the restaurant for them to correct their problem. Therefore, the rest of my food was cold (stuff potato).

Me and my daughter both got baked potatoes, insides were undercooked. Outside overcooked. Not goid at all

Best experience at a McAllister’s so far. They had a full restaurant with a line already building up and the food was still ready for us and the nearby tables before getting a chance to sit down. Food was prepared properly, the cashier was courteous and answered with suggestions. A lady walked throughout the restaurant checking on customers and cleaning up after they finished. It all sounds like it should be business as usual but often you see a lacking area when the orders start coming in.

We went in got two sandwiches and a chicken salad . First of all they served the dressing in cups without lids just plastic wrap over them and of course they split in the bag . The sandwiches were very small not worth the money . They forgot our potato salad and the $10 chicken salad had very little chicken and what chicken it did have was sliced paper thin . This cost over $40 . I will never be back and I will share my experience with everyone I can and spread it all over social media . This place is not worth a try . Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere .

I’m pregnant and Mallister's is my ultimate craving specifically the chicken tortilla soup. Last week I dined in and expressed this to the cashier as I ordered my choose two. When he came to check on me he brought me an extra pickle spear. The littlest gesture meant the world! Tonight I spontaneously wanted the chicken tortilla soup at 8:45, 15 minutes before they closed. Obviously I couldn’t order online so I called them and asked them if they had any. The man that answered the phone took my order over the phone and was so nice! We showed up at 8:56 (I’m so sorry). Needles to say they take such good care of their customers!

The food was amazing ?? and the customer service was on point ?? except for my crackers?they were stale. Now Mcalister yall know better than that??‍♀️smh but other than that I'll give it a 9 out of 10

When I first moved to Copperas Cove, this location of McAllister‘s was great. But I feel like the last few times that I’ve gotten food to-go, especially the spuds, it is very lackluster. I get home and I open the container and there are very few toppings on the potato, even though I ask for something extra.

I came to get lunch at today and founds maggots in my food after I had finished half of my plate. Literally the most disgusting experience I’ve ever ever had in my life. I tried to get the help of a manager or anyone and nobody helped me or cared they just stood around looking at each other.. then insured me, they threw the salad out no other help was given. I walked out and left. And I will not be returning ever.

Had food orders via. Door dash and Ada went ABOVE AND BEYOND when the bagger forgot to pack in my toddlers Preble bites. She heard my toddler screaming over the phone and decided to bring the bites herself since I was unable to! Thank you Ada for being Awsome!!
