Michael, who stated he is a manager, was condescending and unprofessional. Pending charges being canceled because he's supposedly unable to find an order that magically has a receipt and matching store info doesn't put the almost $60 straight back into my account. He also stated ordering from the app closed at 7pm as if we were lying. It's 8:43pm and the app will still let you place a pickup order for tonight.

Everytime I drive thru they mess up my order. Every. Single. Time. Not once have I gone through where they didnt. Im not going here anymore. If theres a spicy variation I always order it but for some reason they always give me the wrong one. Always always always. It wouldnt be a problem if this didnt ALWAYS happen. I even had a conversation with the lady in the window to make sure they were all spicywraps. Im not exaggerating. If you drive thru here pull over and check your order. If you leave get to work, home, wherever and your order its wrong its your fault for trusting them to not mess up your order.

The drive through is always very poorly functioning. They can never seem to keep it straight as to which car is next, i.e. 3 cars from the same speaker are serviced before the other even though that person was there before the others. Orders are never ready and you have to pull up to the 3rd window and wait, and they never get the drinks right.
came here yesterday for breakfast and i ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes with no biscuit, and somehow they forgot the pancakes but put the biscuit in. i got home and realized so i went back for them, the person who helped was rude, he didnt apologize for the inconvenience he just grabbed cold pancakes and plopped them in my bag, they also forgot the syrup.

Normally it's fine but waiting over 40 mins for chicken nuggets and fries on curbside is a bit much don't you think? Not only that, I went 20 mins before a rush in drive thru and yet I got my food after drive thru was clear? Make that make sense
Edit: Ended up going inside where they made my food then and only then got told that the shake machine wasn't working, just ended up leaving for food only
