This is the worst mcdonalds to go to, wait time is ridiculous. No one is ever paying attention to customers in the front. They forget condiments or even things from your order even after having them in their damn screens. Gotta come back and waste gas to get what they forgot to put in the order. You go inside to ask for either condiments or something they missed you stand there in the counter for more than 30 minutes to ask for one thing. This McDonald’s is garbage and needs super improvement it isn’t clean it disgusting inside smells musty. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s. But I mean it’s the only one in copperas cove like sucks to suck!

Changing a review from 5 years ago. This restaurant has gone down. I went in and ordered food with my daughter. The fries were so salty and cold, asked for new. They left out food and then when i called to mention this, they didnt answer the phone. Tried calling 8 times. No answer, just rang and rang until fax machine picked up.
