Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I wanted to try the flavors for the shrimp, so I ordered two meals to try two different flavors. Just to get no flavors at all. A waste of time and money. Every time I order from Popeyes, they get my order wrong. Never again.

Always an incredibly long wait with no justification, since they don’t have customers most of the time. They also rarely have the food ready or even available. I recommend looking elsewhere for your meal.

I came in for a door dash stood in the lobby for at least 10 minutes before anyone spoke I seen them visabully working but the person that stuck out to me was a guy named Rodney . He was running circles around everyone.

They NEVER have chicken ready; there is always an extensive wait time. While I understand they might have large orders, all you serve is chicken, I should never have to wait 30+ minutes for chicken. This is not just a one time thing, this is a CONSISTENT thing. No matter what time of day you go. It’s extremely frustrating, you can spend your entire lunch break waiting on your food because they never have enough chicken prepared. Also, tonight when I went I sat in the drive thru for at least 10-15 before my order was taken just to be told it was a wait for chicken because they are out. Keep in mind there was only 2 cars in front of me, each time a car pulled up to order they were made to wait before ordering.

The Young lady who took our order was really polite and sweet , but the fillets for the Sandwiches were frozen at 7:30 pm which is dinner time how your fillets frozen at 7:30pm , c’mon son(psych voice) , then we ordered spicy chicken instead they said they only had breast and wings for spicy chicken , which was ok …I guess , but then we got home and the chicken was stale and crispy like crispy ,crispy like burned the fries were the only edible thing oh the strawberry pie was good too I guess… how you make watery red beans and rice?… but the lemonade wasn’t mixed it was just syrup … I’ve never written a bad review because I feel like they are a waste of time but yall already wasted my time and annoyed my wife. congratulations yall broke me .

I rarely come here only because of its always slow service always having to wait nearly a hour on food to be said its gone be fresh only to receive it NOT FRESH. Customer service is trash they do not know how to talk to people and they do not care managers either. Definitely do not recommend this location at all!

I go to Popeyes all the time in cove the normal store mangers are Great. However on today I met Misty the GM who was very Rude and upset over me wanting fresh food, She informed me that i will no longer be able to correct my food I only got the 6$box however after i received my fresh food it was short one order of fries.

Past the drive-through got our drinks after we paid and still had to wait a little over 47 minutes for our order to be handed to us. By this point, our drinks Were watered down they didn’t replace them or give us even an extra piece of chicken or sides for the inconvenience.

Sat in drive thru for over 25 minutes with 0 people in line. No response after the first initial person saying we will be with you.

As I was driving away. The people working inside were laughing and on their phones.
They would get terminated any here else.

Absolutely the worst Popeye's in the world. Employees are very unprofessional, food and orders are always wrong or missing something. Inside the store is dirty. The regional leadership really needs to to something about this store .... It's absolutely horrible..... And I love Popeye's.
