The cashiers and food are wonderful. But the last few times we have been. The older manager lady. Has been degrading and yelling at her crew constantly while we are eating inside. It is very unprofessional on her part to “punish” these workers in front of customers. The way she speaks down to these workers is disgusting and she needs to go. It’s Popeyes. Not Hells Kitchen. She needs to be corrected or let go.

Will not be buying fried chicken from this establishment. 8 piece dinner $38.00 .I ordered mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Literally I received 2 spoons full of coleslaw in the half cup container . And a mini scoop. of mashed potatoes with a spoonful of gravy. I know things are tough all over, but for the amount of money they are charging for chicken, this was ridiculous. The chicken pieces were small there was more breading than meat. I did call the manager when I got home. He offered me another individual size coleslaw to fix the problem. We live out in the country it would have cost more in gas than what i would received to correct the mini.order It was almost Forty dollars for my husband and I. I could go to a dine in restaurant and got Table service and been totally satisfied.. I will go to the HEB or Walmart to get chicken and sides from now on. No wonder you guys are Going Out of business.
Ridiculous ridiculous prices for minescule amounts of food.

I had an extremely bad experience at Copperas Cove Popeyes.
I approched the drive through at 945 pm. It took almost 10 minutes for the cashier to take my order which was a 3 piece with a mash potato and red beans and rice. I also added a strawberry cream pie and smokey Chipotle sauce. When I got to the window and paid I was not presented an receipt. After 5 minutes I was told to pull forward into the parking lot and they would bring my order out to me. I called my sister while I was waiting. After 10 minutes the same cashier walked my food out. When I looked in the bag it was not my food that I ordered. Instead of a 3 piece it was a chicken burger. I let her know that was the wrong order. She took the the bag and walked back into the restaurant. After an additional 12 minutes I was still waiting. I drove around to the drive through where I saw the same cashier along with another cashier on their phones.
I asked for a refund when another worker comes to the front of the window to ask me what the problem was. As I explain to her she starts talking over me and says "So she just punched in the wrong order and you still pay for it". I explained again that I ordered a 3 piece when the first cashier cuts me off and says "No you didn't you ordered a number 3". I said no I ordered a 3 piece." She then proceeds to say that I didn't think it was a good idea to look at my receipt. I tell her I never got a receipt as I was asked to pull forward. She then says So you didn't answer yes to bacon and cheese. I then ask for a manager in which she stated she is the manager.
I let he t know I just worked a 16 hour shift. I do not eat pork I would never ask for bacon. The only questionI was asked was if I wanted spicy or classic.. I just want a refund. At this point she gets louder and starts clapping in my face. I am not understanding what she's not comprehending at this point or why is she even getting upset. Just refund me so I can leave. I felt as if she wanted me to match her level of professionalism which I did not. I remained calm and again just asked for a refund.
She started mumbling something and shut the window. Another worker a man told her and "You need to stop".
After the transaction was canceled I drove off even though she did have an opportunity to apologize.

I work in Corrections but I also was a buisness owner. Each customer should be treated with a level of respect. There was absolutely no reason I should of had to wait that long or be treated the way I did based on a mistake from your employer.
It was my worse fast food experience in my life. I am almost 50 and travel all over the US.

Popeyes is one of my favorite Fast food places when I want to treat my family. This time I'm so disappointed about the quality of the food which was so distasteful and not to mention my fish sandwich was soggy and I couldn't eat it. I spent fifty eight dollars on food that had to be thrown away. I'm so hurt and I didn't get a receipt and I had to call and ask them to could you please send me a copy of my receipt and she did.what is happening this is the worst thing I have experienced with this Popeyes. I'm done no more.also after seeing the commercial about the fish sandwich I was elated and could wait to purchase one and I am so disappointed.

Customer service was wonderful. However, I ordered one sweet tea and 5 small pies. They said "we just put them in the fryer so it'll be a few minutes." I said ok. I watched people come in and out with large orders of chicken, I watched the workers make a few batches. Twenty minutes later, after asking about them, I received my pies. That was the second time something was said to the workers about the pies. I really should've gotten a refund and just left.

Manager Turner has no leadership skills. I was there for an hour waiting on my food. He purposely served everyone before he fixed my order. He had me pull forward when no one was in line.

Order a 3 chicken dinner and got a chicken that's holding so much cooking oil like if the chicken was sitting in a bucket of oil I really believe Popeyes is falling off or I'm just going to the wrong location I've always been a big Popeyes fan I gave this location 3 times not happy very disappointed the staff were great and the food is ridiculous terrible
