THEY ACTUALLY ARE OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT! The team was welcoming. They walked through the dining area asking if there was anything customers needed. The only thing that caught my eye was there were a few table that had cups and bags on them. I realized later that it was the employee break area. I believe it would be beneficial to have a separate area for the employees to break and keep their personal items my wings were A bit salty but not enough for me to be put off by. I was a bit confused when I received my order of garlic/park wings and they were just hot until I noticed that I inadvertently hit seasoning on the side. Which means they looked at the order notes,??.

Waited 45 minutes for my food. They stared at me through the window after telling me to park by the front for probably 15 minutes. Then I waited another 30 just to receive cold food. Boycott this place

Worst service. Waited 45 minutes for my food. I was told to park my car and someone would bring my food. I waited 30 minutes and nothing. I went inside, and no one asked me if I needed help for about 5 minutes. When I was asked, I explained I had been waiting for my food for 30 minutes. I gave them my receipt, they walked off, and didn't say anything to me. Waited another 15 minutes for my food to be given to me. Will not return.

Now I love my Popeyes, especially in killeen on Fort Hood St. So my husband, who doesn't eat much chicken stated let go to Popeyes in Copperas Cove." We got waited on right away. Waited 20 mins for our food, which was chicken. Notice they had a car waiting and mixing up people food. Hey, it's not mind. We got our food, and my chicken had feather cooked on the wing. The grave on the mashed potatoes was water down, and the breast was dry. My husband chicken sandwiches was over cooked. The Dr. Pepper was Seltzer water. We no cooks was wearing head covers, not even the beard. It's like they didn't care how the service was. This was in the evening on a weekday. We stated to each other we will never go there again.
