The sandwiches didn't seem like they had been cooked and we didn't get our pickles either just seemed like it didn't have everything that was suppose to be in it was a disappointment

This is the second time in a row that I have ordered the strawberry salad and they don’t have the ingredients for the salad. At least the first time they told us ahead of time that they had no strawberries and gave us free Mac and cheese, but this time I picked up my order in the drive through and the lady says oh by the way we are out of pecans and feta cheese on the salad, but didn’t offer us anything to switch out or give us any discount or anything. I’m done going to this location

I went in Today with my daughter about 5 minutes ago and order 2 pepperoni pizzas because they were half on after 5 o clock. The two boys who were at the register didn’t greet up they were EXTREMELY RUDE and had no customer service whatsoever. They were speaking very loudly and being very unprofessional. Comments about pepperonis being left on the floor, making sounds like they were spitting in the food , comments about putting roofies in the pizza and cussing in the back with the 2 other coworkers. They were handing out free food to girls who came in and didn’t order food . When we asked for ranch the boy with the blonde curly hair said “this is all we got” with an aggressive tone . When my daughter saw that she had a piece of hair in her food she went up front and they ignored her said she ate half of the pizza and she won’t get a refund. Shortly after I went up there to see what was going on and I asked for the general manager’s information and he snatched the receipt and wrote “Mistie” on it with a phone number that wasn’t in service. I asked the boy with the blonde curly hair what his name was and he was very rude and said “I’m not giving you my name” .

Do not order the French onion soup. It's literally just dirty water. I'm not sure they even know what French Onion Soup is to be honest. Worst I've ever had.
The staff is always friendly, sometimes loud in the work area but they do their job so have a little fun at work. The food is always good and comes out fast. The place is a little dated and sometimes a little messy but haven't had a bad visit yet.

Came in shortly after opening. The young lady that helped me was soo sweet and helpful. I give 5 starts for her service. However, I was HIGHLY disappointed in our cinnamon rolls. Didn’t know until we got home but it was very apparent they were from a previous day. Which is fine.. however, I think it should be disclosed to customers and maybe even at a discount price. Spending almost $50 on cinnamon rolls that aren’t fresh and are hard is beyond upsetting. No one ate them because they were so hard and you could tell they weren’t fresh… which is what’s expected when you’re getting something the moment they open. It was a waste of $50

This is the second time I have received my order incredibly wrong. The people that were closing treated us like we weren’t supposed to be there, even though we arrived considerably early. Key word: considerably. Both the salad and sandwich were incorrect and couldn’t eat the sandwich because of the massive amount of mayo soaked on it. I personally despise mayo and asked for NONE of it. I will never order from this facility ever again. Thanks for nothing.
