Living in Florida, there are NO Schlottzkys. Everytime I visit Copperas Cove, this is a MUST! Staff is always super super friendly. Food is awsome. My favorite is the turkey bacon club. I could eat here every day! Fresh baked bread is perfect with crispy meets soft. And cinnabon! Diabetes overload!! You cant walk away without getting a few of these delectables. Fantastic heated up the next morning, if they make it that long! We buy extras and even freeze them to have on hand for later.

Food was awesome. There is so much to choose from. Service was excellent. The store was clean and smelled of fresh baked bread. They had a drive thru. Catering is also an option. They had fresh baked cookies out that looked so yummy. I also saw where they serve breakfast. That was cool.

How is this place even still open??? How are you a sandwich shop with NO bread and NO turkey? Thatâs like pulling up to a gas station and them saying, âOh, weâre out of gas.â Completely useless.
And THEN they had the audacity to charge me twice. So I call up there to let them know, and the girl answers with the driest, most unprofessional âok.â Like ??? Hello??? Say something. Pretend you care. Pretend you work there. SOMETHING.
I tell her I need a refund and she says, âYou have to come in person with your receipt.â Which is hilarious because SHE NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT.
I ask, âSo you canât refund me without me coming all the way back?â and she literally says, âNo, I donât know how to do all that.â Oh okay⊠so yâall are just hiring people who donât know how to do the basic job now.
So I ask to speak to someone who actually knows what theyâre doing, and she hits me with, âSheâs out sick.â I ask when sheâll be back. She said, âProbably tomorrow but I canât guarantee it.â Girl⊠what kind of back yard, circus clown business is this??
Yâall donât have bread, donât have turkey, donât have receipts, donât have managers, and CLEARLY donât have any clue how to run a business.
Never again. Yâall got me once. But NEVER again. Except on my bank account⊠twice.

The only shining light in this place? The employeesâabsolute pros doing their best while management fumbles the basics like itâs their first day on Earth.
Youâre a sandwich shop with no gloves for food prep? Thatâs not just a health code issueâitâs a red flag waving in a hurricane.
And letâs not forget the turkey tragedy. How are you constantly out of turkey when itâs the star of over half the menu? Itâs giving âwe forgot to do our homework,â but in deli form. đ
Thankfully, Iâm a vegetarian, so the turkey shortage is just comedy from the sidelines. But seriously, management needs a full rebootâor at least someone who can count inventory and place an order before the fridge is empty.
The staff deserves better. The customers deserve better. The sandwiches deserve better. Do better.

2.16.2025: we were a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their order. All the food was prepared to each persons request! The staff was so friendly and patient while we ordered!
The sandwiches didn't seem like they had been cooked and we didn't get our pickles either just seemed like it didn't have everything that was suppose to be in it was a disappointment

This is the second time in a row that I have ordered the strawberry salad and they donât have the ingredients for the salad. At least the first time they told us ahead of time that they had no strawberries and gave us free Mac and cheese, but this time I picked up my order in the drive through and the lady says oh by the way we are out of pecans and feta cheese on the salad, but didnât offer us anything to switch out or give us any discount or anything. Iâm done going to this location

I went in Today with my daughter about 5 minutes ago and order 2 pepperoni pizzas because they were half on after 5 o clock. The two boys who were at the register didnât greet up they were EXTREMELY RUDE and had no customer service whatsoever. They were speaking very loudly and being very unprofessional. Comments about pepperonis being left on the floor, making sounds like they were spitting in the food , comments about putting roofies in the pizza and cussing in the back with the 2 other coworkers. They were handing out free food to girls who came in and didnât order food . When we asked for ranch the boy with the blonde curly hair said âthis is all we gotâ with an aggressive tone . When my daughter saw that she had a piece of hair in her food she went up front and they ignored her said she ate half of the pizza and she wonât get a refund. Shortly after I went up there to see what was going on and I asked for the general managerâs information and he snatched the receipt and wrote âMistieâ on it with a phone number that wasnât in service. I asked the boy with the blonde curly hair what his name was and he was very rude and said âIâm not giving you my nameâ .
