Arrived at the drive-thru and we was the only car there ,spent dam $30 for two meals ,still part of our order wasn’t in the bag when we got home. Food was below average, not worth the $$.Tried calling the business phone number and no one answered the phone , not surprised. First and last time going there!

Review from this past year:Staff act un-trained, kept talking for several minutes instead of handing me my food, and prone to randomly talking about their political views.Didn't see hair/beard nets and, unsurprisingly, there was hair in the food. Undercooked bacon, and vegetables were soggy and stale. I requested avocado and ended up with several large chunks in only a corner of the sandwich.Not the worst, but still pretty bad

I have no idea what it is about cove but I would say almost half the time I order something. Items I pay for somehow don't make it in the bag.
Sandwiches were missing ingredients, items that were to be taken off of pizzas were still on them. The staff was rude and unprofessional.Dietary restrictions: If you exclude items due to dietary needs they don't listen.

My mother and I went through the drive thru and ordered the 9Pk- Minibons They told us that either we can wait 30nin for a 9pk or we can have 5 because that is what they only had ready . So we said okay to the 5pk and 2 C Rolls . The chick at the window wasn’t very friendly at all. As we got home I realized that we paid more for just a 5 Pk when the 9pk is cheaper…So I Spoke with “Mr.Dunkin” on the phone …Took me at least 5 Calls for them to want to answer the phone . I asked him “ How much is the 9pk Minibons ? “ he said “about $21 and change “ Then why did I get charged $23.45 for just 5? That makes no sense….He said he would take the 2 Classic pack back off my card . I expect the right price or at least tell your gusts in advance that you will be charged more for just the 5 ….I will be looking for that refund & will never return here again. .

I've bee a fan of schlotzkys since I can remember and my experience was okay but at one point it was infuriating. when it comes to the night shift people they are people in which give you a entirely different order then don't care about the customers order they are also not polite . they given me a wrong order of food for a large order. the overall ambience is okay.

I love this place but the food is expensive so I don't go very often. And I never see many people their to often and they don't seem to have specials or Coupons but food is good. If you can afford it.

This food is horrific I am disgusted of how the food taste like burnt floors. The sandwiches always smell weird or spoiled and the calzones. The Cinnabon was stale and old. Dont go here.
