Upon arrival, we paid after confirming what menu we would want. However, when we were choosing to take which food, the tub was empty and upon asking the staff at the counter, we were inform at 8.10 that there will not be a refund of the food. Which doesn’t make sense at all. Your last order is at 9.45 and you’re telling me that at 8pm you’re accepting walk-ins when you’re out of sides, hot tea, uncooked food?
