0730 I just went to the Shipley in copperas cove and was kinda upset to see that the store will be closing down soon. (Permanently) Until.....I received my order an undercooked/wet kolaches and glazed donut that looks and fill like they were made yesterday. Now I see why you're closing down.....

Went in here a bit ago cause, story time, one of the employees, his name is like Christian or Christopher, would come to my place of work every day to hit on me despite me telling him I've been with someone, so I came here with my boyfriend and that seemed to have struck a nerve for him, seeing as how he was throwing our order around lol, but hey, the bearclaw, kolaches and coconut shake I got were phenomenal. My bf didn't like his vanilla shake, but that's ok, I drank it, I liked it. After our lil donut date, I haven't seen the employee since, so win win.

Why advertise that you have Oreo filled donuts, when you refuse to make them??? We placed an order Friday, late afternoon for a large order that included 6 filled Oreo donuts, we were told they were sold out. We cancelled our order.We placed another order early afternoon on Saturday for the same large order, was told again that the Oreo filled was sold out. My husband was told to order as soon as they opened on Sunday, so that’s what he did.And guess what??? This time, Shipley didn’t even bother calling us, they just decided to give us what they wanted in replace of the Oreo filled donuts. They can’t use the excuse they were sold out because we did what the employee told us the day before and ordered when they opened.Very frustrating and false advertising.

There was flys and bees all over the window and tables, i understand having pest issues but cleaning up shouldnt be an issue. We ended up taking our donuts home to eat.They were out of maple long johns so we asked to have a bavarian donut (plain) topped with maple and they declined. They also didnt have mocha cappachino that was listed on the menu said they stopped serving it.Got home to eat our donuts and a few were not cooked all the way through.There is to much bread on the kolaches that you eat more bread then sausage.

I truly do not know why anyone would choose a different chain donut place over Shipley's. The employee who took my order seemed to be very distracted and could not find cups to make my Taro blended drink, but after some guidance from an obviously irritated co worker she got there.

Me and my Mom just went through Shipleys Donuts. The girl with the red hair was SO rude. Wouldn’t even speak to us and was bothered that we were there to order. I’m surprised because we have always had great customer service.

I've never had an issue when I've come to Shipley do-nuts. Window greeter is always kind and polite. The service is usually pretty quick as well and there is usually no line. Myself and my kids prefer Shipley over dunkin donuts. Shipley is always fresh no matter what time of day you go. They also offer 1st responder and military 10% discount! Def my go to place when I have military meetings. They also have a special where you order a dozen of an item you get a free half dozen of an item. I didn't get that discount this day, but I'll still return. Shipley donuts and kolaches do not last long in my house ever!

Recently dropped by Shipleys to grab a few treats for my family Christmas Eve morning. I even made sure to look online prior to arriving to make sure the business was in fact still open. Upon arriving there was a note on the window that displayed the holiday hours and read we close at 1pm on Christmas Eve. I originally arrived around 12:00 but ended up be stuck at the window of the establishment for quite sometime. Until after a while someone finally opened the window only to say they were closed early due to lack of customers. If that was so, a sign displaying that information for the customer would have been greatly appreciated so I could have venture out to a different establishment earlier rather than waisting time in their drive thru. Greatly disappointed.
