My food is always great. The servers are always nice and very friendly. They apologize for the wait, which very considerate. They even apologize if it’s been less than a minute from the time you pushed the button. Great service all the way around.

Normally I don’t have any issues but yesterday food was poorly made especially my cream slush. Young lady that brought out food was very nice but food wasn’t up to par this trip.

The time where owners care about their restaurant is over. Sonic already had a great reputation but slowly got ruined. If your employee is too lazy to make each order to perfection you should fire them. Crappy employees will destroy your business. After years I gave sonic another chance and ordered the double smasher. The pattie was not smashed and was a regular pattie. The fries were gushing oil which means fryer was dirty or not hot enough. The point is I know from an employees perspective it's busy and your rushing. But from a customers perspective they are the only one. It's not hard owners. Get involved and make your employees care.
