They added wrong topping to my online order. Was told I could come back next day with receipt to get a remake. Im assuming manager on duty next day said I had to have the sandwich. Please make sure all TMs know the remake procedures. I basically paid $15 for 2 bites since that's when I noticed and threw the sandwich away.

This would get higher ratings, but they make too many mistakes, and they don' even apologize for them. Too much sauce all the time. This used to be my go to sandwich place because of the value.

The young lady that helped me tonight (10/24, 12 am) was so very nice and helpful. She was attentive to my order and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there and took my order with care. I meant to tip her and wasn’t paying attention and held my card to the reader before my order totaled so it went through before I could choose a tip 😫 I didn’t get her name but I hope she’s commended for her awesome customer service!

Food is average but be careful about making small talk. Out of nowhere the employee went off on her hateful political rant. If you like bigotry as a side item maybe this is the place. If you like your diverse friends and just want a sandwich, go elsewhere.

It was quiet right before hustle and bustle of lunch run. My sandwich was on point and I can't say this enough but customer service is definitely not lacking with Lori whom I've renamed Joanie from happy days 😜. So if I could have given her a 10 in service I would have.

Shy was rude and gave an ugly face when i didnt want to hear her drawn out explanation as to why she wouldn’t give me extra black olives that i have gotten every single time i have been to subway including this specific location. I have seen other reviews saying shes been unpleasant and should get an attitude adjustment as well as training that complies and abides by any subway i have ever been to. Even when i do a mobile order I have never had an issue. im not sure if she didnt want to restock or she is just a rude individual that should not have a customer service job but someone is going to check her if she doesnt fix ts.
