I buy food here because I like a specific dish, but this is my second time coming here. They have two machines to order yourself, and the thing is that for those who are new to ordering here, it is a bit complicated and you may have questions and there is no one to help you at that time. I even made a mistake with the order, but I left it at that. There were two people preparing the food and I approached to ask something, and I quickly looked at his gesture in bad taste, but she came to assist me, I went back so they could give me a bag for my food, and logic says, you have to assist the customer first who needs something quick, which was a bag, but no, the same person who made the arrogant face attended to someone who was going to order food, she still finished attending to her and was still at the cash register until I told her "look, I need a bag, can you give it to me?" She kept looking inside to see if there were more people where they prepare the food for the customer and obviously there was no one else and that's how he gave it to me, incredible, like 4 minutes had passed. To complement the completely cold Chalupa tortilla, it's true it's a fast food restaurant, but at least there are many ways to keep the food a little warm. They need to be more attentive to their customers, nicer people who show their face for the place.

Got their $7 Cravings meal and couldn't eat it all. The Chalupas were AMAZING, the sauce on them was delicious. The Taco was great and as good as that layered burrito was, I was stuffed. I highly recommend this meal!
Should be a Zero . Spent $40 tacos were sooo old they bent like rubber . Cheese was liquid and tasted very old . Burritos cold .. I am a retired nurse and very concerned someone will get sick . .. will never eat here again

Everything was on point had the the new bell grande fries and some bean burritos and everything tasted great! Update: I accidentally ordered to this restaurant instead of the belton one and the manager was very helpful and was able to move my order to the one I was at. It was more than I expected I thought I would have to order again but she went above and beyond.

I do not understand how this place has 4 stars. This is by far the slowest and most unprofessional fast food restaurant in the area. I will drive to Killeen for Taco Bell just to avoid them. I used to eat here all the time but after waiting 15+ minutes for a simple order, not being acknowledged or being called noted when at the counter, or having inappropriately loud and ignorant conversations at the workplace. This place needs a complete overhaul because it doesn’t seem like management knows or cares how it is many times
