It's Whataburger. You know what yo expect, clean restaurant, friendly service, great food. Above & beyond service. I never once had a bad experience here. Food has been hot, fresh. I love Whataburger, especially this one

They make one of the best salads that you can get anywhere the grilled chicken.They add onions which is a must for me for a salad.Not everybody likes it but adds that extra crunch and flavor I love. The salad is crisp, all the lettuce, all the veggies are fresh. I've had salads from other organizations that I actually pull apart and throw away and end up not eating the salad cause. Once I see a slimy lettuce leaf that's it for me, this place always makes them great.

Copperas Cove Whataburger always does a excellent job. I wish the Lampasas Whataburger was trained as well as the Copperas Cove store.

Charged my credit card twice. I told them they had already charged my card when I ordered. They told me it didn't go thru. I told them I could see it on my bank app.I was assured it didn't go thru, and I couldn't be charged twice for the same transaction. Yet here i am waiting for my bank to do an investigation.When I tried to call Whataburger, the manager was talking through an employee who was on the phone. I had to ask if she could not get on the phone with me. " Why are we playing games. Just for her to tell me I need my receipt,(didn't get one) my bank statement,(I do paperless banking) I had to come back up there, they had to call cooperate and all these steps, when I told you it was charged twice in the 1st place! Lisa is the manager. I'm just tired of scams and these businesses not knowing how to do their job and not carting about the customer either! The food is sub par and overpriced to have to deal with all this crap

We always go through the drive through and never have a problem with the order being correct. I always get the sausage gravy, biscuit, tater tots and a coffee with an extra biscuit. As always it is very good and filling. Service is always fast and friendly. They always remember the condiments and are not stingy with them and have French Vanilla Creamer that I like for my coffee.
