I visited this store August 9th at 12 a.m. some friends and I. We recieved the worst service I've ever experienced from a Wing stop. Wait time was about 30 to 45 minutes. We recieved out food at 12:45 and after. The manager was cleaning the fryer when about 12 people walked in His restaurant. A lady that was there before told us that she had been there about an hour and she asked fir her money back. Manager did so, and no concern at all. Orders we ready and just waiting to be given to us. I recieved mines after I had tonask about it. Poor poor service and management.

She’s amazing she deserves more than a raise she’s caring she makes sure everything is done correctly and if anything is wrong she’s sure to fix it with a smile !!! BRITTANY LILLY DESERVES A RAISE !!! She cares about her job she knows her job and she knows what to do!!! I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the repeated issues I’ve experienced when ordering from your Copperas Cove Wingstop. Every time I place an online order from this location, it is consistently incorrect, despite the fact that I am very specific in my order details and follow up with a call.

Most recently, I ordered 20 Garlic Parmesan wings, 10 Lemon Pepper wings, a large ranch, large fries, and celery and carrot sticks. Not only were the quantities wrong (15 of each flavor instead of 20 and 10), but the Garlic Parmesan wings lacked any visible seasoning at all. Once again, the quality and accuracy of my order were completely off.

Before picking up my order, I even called the store to express my concerns and to kindly ask that everything be double-checked. After a long day of work, the last thing I want is to come home to an incorrect order, especially one I’ve paid for and clearly detailed online.

When I called back after discovering the issues, the staff member who answered was not friendly or professional. I asked to speak with a manager, and after a brief hold not on mute or hold, I was told that the manager, Charles, was too busy to speak with me. I understand restaurants get busy, but customer service should still be a priority, especially when a customer has concern.

Absolute waste of time. Our order never moved on the screen and we sat and waited for well over an hour on top of the time it took for us to drive there. No one was helpful, all they could do is shrug their shoulders and say we don’t know.

I saw the special 20 wings for$20 online 😋 and was soo excited. Only to arrive to cold dry wings, due tonthe fact that I was on lunch break I had no time to waste. So that left me to eat or try to eat mumified chicken. Powdery and dry. This was a 20 meal that should not have been given very disappointed, not recommended that location to my company any more.

Made an online order for pickup, 50 buffalo mild wings and 2 fries, get home and no fries, and buffalo mild wings apparently means unsauced wings and they just throw the buffalo sauce everywhere in the bag. What an absolute mess and waste of money.

Ordered online and didn't receive half the order the unprofessional on phone doesn't know what to do needs to talk to manager and then the manager needs to talk to district manager to know what to do to fix the missing items that I didn't receive on my order. Hey here's and idea give me what ordered !!! This place has gone down hill ! NEVER AGAIN ! DONT EAT HERE AND DONT ORDER ONLINE TOO INCOMPETENT TO FILL AND ORDER!!! Tony, I will be placing a call to corporate, and the health department. Your employees are placing the containers with celery and carrots on the dirty floor to stock the service bar. When I made comment she told me they couldn’t place them on the counter with raw meat???? The same counter you’re packing to go orders from??? Spoke with manager he didn’t care and the kids you have working there are so disrespectful.

My pregnant self was craving their WELL DONE fries with the delicious ranch, so I called up and ordered a combo with well done Fries as the side.
Picked up the order and they weren’t well done. I asked them to kindly remake them as well done. I sat and waited 15 mins and then decided to get up and ask what the process was and turns out they didn’t drop them in the fryer yet.
5 mins later they bring me my Fries… not well done again.
My hormonal self is now on the verge of a meltdown over some stupid fries.
I asked them to remake them AGAIN, as nicely as I could muster. And I also asked if they could microwave my wings that have now been sitting getting cold for 30 mins. They said they can’t microwave them but that they’d remake them so they’re hot.
The fries finally came back another 5 mins later and praise the lord they’re Well Done.
But no re-made wings.
I asked her about the wings and she basically had no idea what I was talking about so I had to re-explain that I don’t want to eat cold wings after having to sit and wait an extra 20 mins the fries I ordered.
The gals helping me were very sweet and didn’t have an attitude with me or anything but it was very frustrating having to wait so long and have to have things re-made all because the fries weren’t done the way they should have been.
And now, instead of enjoying my hot fresh pregnancy craving meal, I’m left feeling like a Karen. But I shouldn’t, because it should have been as simple as picking up the order in the way I had ordered it.

Oh also, the original wings I had barely had any sauce on em and I had to ask for more to be put on.

Just all around crumby experience. Wasn’t expecting 5star dining but dang.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and I didn’t notice until I got home… that’s my bad. With that being said, I NEVER get the boneless wings which is what I “had”.
They tasted absolutely awful and I couldn’t finish them. The flavors were wrong and they didn’t look like the boneless wings, they looked like chopped up tenders. Plus the fries were completely cold when I picked them up.
I wasn’t going to make a fuss about anything but for the last hour I’ve had a headache, my stomach is in knots turning and I just puked up the food… the food poisoning was the last straw.
