Man with tattoos, has a huge attitude, horrible service, didn’t even feel like eating there. He needs a leash.

I havent been back in years and thought let me give it another chance. The lemon pepper was straight sodium, alll salt. My stomach is still upset snd im upset that i had to leave a review! Never again! Pluckers is the winner chicken dinner! Wingstop needs to retire.

We came in the store with no one in there. Placed and order 6 piece combo. Ordered food at 4:51 didn’t get food til 5:32 because employees that were getting off shift that actually took my order go their order before ours! She took a break, order her food and got it before ours! Not one but two employees at different times did this. You cant make this stuff up!

I had Wingstop for the very first time and paid 80 dollar for 4 different kind of wings and 3 sides.
I received dry wings and none of the 5 dips I ordered. That already ruined it.
Then I saw a box of plain fries instead of fried corn with Cajun seasoning.
I’m surprised one can actually mess an order up like that….

My husband and I went to this location around 4PM on a Thursday. We decided to go inside instead of calling ahead to pick up a to-go order, knowing we were going to have to wait at least 15-20 minutes because that’s how wing places are.
While there were two people already waiting for their orders, we got ours first (probably a 5-10 minute wait). We had to make a couple more stops on the way home, plus deal with traffic. But the fries were ice cold, the wings needed to have more sauce added to them and the portion sizes were smaller than they should have been.

Definitely the worst experience I have ever had at this Wingstop. It took Them almost an hour and a half to get my food ready and the manager was just smiling and smirking in our face. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant. It either needs to be shut down or fire everybody and hire a new personnel experience.

This complaint is specifically against the district manager for this store - Christy Elliott. She is rude and disruptive, leading to long wait times and dissatisfied customers. She also seems to enjoy firing staff without reason, which just makes all of this worse.

Frustrated with service. We ordered at the counter for take-out. Cashier & manager were helpful & friendly. We waited 40 minutes in the dining area, went to check and worker said she called my name. We were the only customers in the dining area at the time. No one called our name. We weren't trying to make a scene so we took the food and left. Pretty sure we won't be going to this location again.

Having so many people working, they are unprofessional and rude to customers when inquiring about the order placed. Waited 45 min and still food not ready. Not going there ever again

I went there tonight it was a terrible experience. Placed our online order at 4:45 did not get our food until 6:10. The only reason we were given was they miscounted your wings. The management was very dismissive didn’t seem concerned actually he seemed annoyed and said it seems like you just want to argue. I was asking who do I contact to inform about my complaints, he responded himself. So I asked if there was no one else he stated call corporate or google. He then stated idk what you want …I responded I wanted my f****** food when I was supposed to get it. He then said we can step outside. Actually stepped outside to continue to argue with me and once outside he stated I did give you an extra fry 🙄 I don’t know what has happened to this store it use to be our go to. The people use to be pleasant service was pretty prompt but not anymore. The staff and management needs more training. I did express to him maybe if the customers felt like you actually cared about making them wait then we would also be more understanding. Sorry about my long rant I was so angry and disappointed in the service.
Manager doesn't know how to set priorities. I ordered 11am and was supposed to receive my order at 5:15pm. I didn't receive my order until 5:25. Mind you it's only 10 minutes late, but it's 10 minutes I can't get back. While others got their orders before me, the manager's excuse was they ordered at 4:30. Meanwhile, my order was in and paid for at 11am. Bottomline, this Wingstop has been going down for a few years now and it's clear that it's a management problem

We waited 40 minutes for our order, when it came out it was missing one of the wing orders and the other order of chicken was cold. When asked about the missing order I overheard one of the employees saying that the food i received was sitting while he waited for fries hence why it was cold and took 40 minutes. They had given my chicken to the wrong customer, so I waited again for my my order. When my order came out I had one of each flavor. One of them was obviously cold on the inside. I took them back and asked them to feel it they refused, I gave them the chicken and requested a refund on my order. The manager was rude and disrespectful implying I was lying by saying that someone, not him, had tasted one piece of chicken from the batch and they weren't cold and he guesses that just my chicken must be the problem, no Damarion, I had been waiting an hour to eat by then and I just wanted safely cooked chicken. He also said that it doesn't matter because he doesn't pay for it and boneless wings are cheap, very cheap. His words. He also stated that he made my order twice and he wouldn't make it again, which I did not want after an hour of waiting anyways. I am not sure how him giving away my order to someone else the first time was at all my fault, which I guess he thought I was lying about also because he went to check the bag and table, I never left the restaurant. This was THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE IVER EVER HAD. The manager Damarion deserves to be fired. I was so upset when I left I was almost in tears over being accused of lying after they are the ones that left our food sitting there to get cold then gave half the order away and then served undercooked chicken to a pregnant woman which can be very dangerous. I will never eat at a Wingstop again.

Terrible service. Had to wait 30-45 minutes for an order of buffalo fries. They tasted disgusting. One of the ladies was rude. I tried to ask for a refund but was not given one after asking multiple times for a refund
