Very disappointed bc they messed up EVERYTHING on my order BUT THE COOKIES. they don’t pick up the phone. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich bc they put TOO MUCH SIRACHA AFTER I SPECIFICALLY SAID LESSSSSSSSS!!! It’s disappointing when you pay for something and they give you something else and you can’t even eat it.

Average subway, messed up multiple pickup /mobile orders I’ve had but recently have had luck. The workers are nice and do a good job . Plenty of seating
Subway – Corrigan, TX – Customer Feedback Date of Visit: October 20, 2024 I had a very disappointing experience during my visit to the Subway in Corrigan, TX on October 20, 2024. One of the employees, a young Mexican woman, started making my sandwich and placed it in the toaster. While my sandwich was heating up, a young white female employee was standing around, not helping customers, and having a personal conversation with another customer about her nails. Once my sandwich finished toasting, it sat on the counter for nearly four minutes while the first employee began working on another customer's order. The young white female employee walked over, looked at my sandwich, but then returned to the register without doing anything. As my sandwich continued to sit, I politely asked her if she could finish adding the vegetables and sauces. She rudely told me she had something else to do and refused to finish my order. After I checked out, I noticed the white female employee laughing about the situation. Feeling disrespected as a paying customer, I addressed her and explained that as a customer, I expect to receive proper service and that she should have completed my sandwich before moving on to other tasks. This led to a heated argument between us, with several other customers in line witnessing the exchange. This is the fourth time I've experienced or observed this same employee behaving unprofessionally towards me and others. The lack of service, combined with her disrespectful attitude, has made each visit to this location unpleasant. I hope the management takes appropriate action to ensure better customer service going forward, as experiences like this reflect poorly on the Subway brand.
