Came in tonight after striking out at two other spots, and honestly… this place was a total surprise. Super clean, food came out hot and perfect, and they even brought it right to my table. The staff was upbeat and actually seemed happy to be there — which is rare in fast food these days.
These guys are absolutely crushing it. Highly recommend stopping in and giving them a shot.

Dude at first window super nice, second window not at all. Doesn’t say anything just throws it in your face. I was missing half my order so I had to go back and he was still super rude. -10

The guy dropped my order of chicken nuggets on the floor and claimed they’d replace it with new ones. However, instead of doing so, they simply pretended to have done so and attempted to serve us the dropped food. I noticed this because they were smirking and laughing about it. I asked if they had indeed switched the order, and one of the female crew members responded, “You did, did you want me to show you?” I agreed, and she grabbed a bag of food and waved it around. I asked her to show me the inside of it. If it was chicken nuggets, then it was what they had thrown out, but she opened it further and revealed that it contained a burger. I asked if she was serious, and she summoned her manager. I requested the receipt so that I could obtain her name. She refused to give it to me, claiming that she didn’t want to get into trouble. Eventually, she relented and admitted that it was wrong for me to ask for it, suggesting that I should be ashamed of wanting to get her in trouble.

Order 2 McDouble meal deals along with 2 additional burgers. Informed them about our 20% off $15 order or more code from the app. Have used this coupon several times at this location. For this time, it was not applied and wasn’t notified till after receiving the receipt. Then, the double meal deals come with drinks. We asked for normal fountain water and was charged .20 cents for water although the meals come with a drink. Then we went asked why we were being charged for water he said “i don’t know, it’s just like that”. Not only did we pay for water, we were given so much ice and barley water😂. Just seemed like kids who couldn’t care less about their job. I know it’s only .20 but it just doesn’t make sense. If you don’t know, ask for help. If you know a coupon won’t work, find out why or inform the customer why.

Come on Crandall y'all got to do better I pulled up to get breakfast and I was greeted by two rats really disgusting it makes you not want to eat the food It makes you wonder 🤔 what's really going on not one but two with that being said there must be a family of rats and that's very unsanitary.

Self automated no place to order you have to do it your self! When you ask for a refill it’s a horrible experience. Mc Donald’s is not what it use to be. I will not support them any longer and telling everyone I know to do the same and my kids. Will never be back

Very inconsistent with food and service. Sometimes the food is hot Sometimes cold. Depending on the time of day the service can be good. Typically the morning crew gives good service. Evening crew, there are a bunch of Highschool kids and you get attitude or no service.

Sherish, Cherry... I just want you to know how much easier yiu made life for me. On an evening like this where husband is working and I had the worst migraine but the kids have to eat. You made my night. You are amazing. You are wonderful. My expectations were met and experience was made! I will be back to this location many times again thanks to you!
