Stopped into this Taco Casa around 8:50 tonight, excited because I rarely get to eat here and was passing through. Walked in and every chair was already up on the tables. One employee was mopping, so I asked if they were still open — she said yes.
I went to the counter, but the entire back of the house was already deep into closing mode. Bleach smell in the air, everyone cleaning, and it was obvious the kitchen was basically shut down. At that point, I didn’t feel great about ordering food from a crew that was already in ‘end‑of‑night cleanup’ mode, so I turned around and left.
I figured maybe they close at 9 and were just getting a head start… but Google says they close at 10 PM. That means the place was essentially shutting down more than an hour early.
Huge disappointment. Leadership needs to decide what their real hours are — the posted hours or the staff’s preferred hours — because right now they’re not the same. Pretty frustrating.

Was told the inside closes at 8:45pm when I’ve came up here before at 8:50pm and was still able to order my food but wouldn’t let us order at 8:47pm. These kids want to start cleaning up early and get off work early is ridiculous. This generation of kids are soo freakin lazy I feel sorry for them sometimes….
This location was so disorganized tonight. I had to repeat my order 4 times for chilada and a tostada. When I pulled up to the window, they were arguing about people’s orders despite VERY little people there. There were only 3 cars in drive thru and 1 car in parking lot. Saw two customers inside.

Worst Taco Casa food I have ever attempted to consume. The tea was old. The bean burrito was horrible...not real sure the issue...just bad. The superburrito was a HUGE mess and unable to eat on the road...the whole reason you stop at a Taco Casa. Will never stop at that one again...and they got my order wrong. Oh well...lesson learned.

If I knew spending $9 on some nachos would be majority chips and barely any meat I would have went to Taco Bell. Sadly disappointed to get home and I had a scoop of meat, a load of tomatoes and sour cream to hide the fact that the nachos were mainly chips. And to add the cherry on top the girl in the window attitude was very blah. Customer service definitely sucked. This is why I rarely go to this location.
